Hello! A long, long time ago I was born in this sweet, Italian town of MONTECCHIO - and on this trip just last week, we returned with our children. I was so proud to show off where I was born, and also take the family to a beautiful spot for some incredible service, outstanding food and drink and just a place we will certainly be going back to. Loved the people there, the atmosphere and the ability to take some sweets to go for some of our family we were visiting later was really amazing. Highly recommended!

03/12/2024: Recommended for families or groups Good food, nice place Outdoors in both summer and winter.
10/11/2024: In a distinct and welcoming environment, the restaurant offers a good quantity of first courses, even off-menu. The second courses offered are tasty and unusual. The trifle is very good. Reservation is recommended, but not necessary. This is a significant fact for those who might decide to stop out for dinner without having planned well in advance.

Nuovo Ristorante IL MONTE

04/11/2024: Bel ristorante in un ampio parco sui colli reggiani. Menù tipico della zona con una nota di merito per i tortelli, peccato che pur portando il formaggio in tavola al momento dell'ordine, uno dei tortelli era condito con il parmigiano che io non gradisco molto. Pensavo che essendo in tavola non venisse aggiunto sul piatto, comunque buon pranzo a prezzo onesto. Consigliato
