I was eyeing this place for a few days before I decided to go there. And going there was one of the highlight of my trip. The staff was super professional and very patient. Guessing exactly what we needed by showing photos and sharing opinions. I wanted a quick aperol but ended up eating one of the best cheese and ham board ever pair with excellent wine that my plebian taste did not had to choose. The waitress chose it for my exepertly!
Definitely worth it!

We booked through The Fork and had a 50% discount. We paid a total of 25 euros (so it would have been 50). We'd seen a menu on the app, but it wasn't up to date and didn't match the one available there since they'd changed management three months earlier and hadn't changed it yet. We ordered after a while, and as a result, even though there were two of us, the food arrived after an hour. We started with two bruschettas, which were very good, and then moved on to a tartare. We'd chosen the red prawn one, but we were immediately told that red prawns weren't available and that only the pink one was available, which we appreciated anyway. Next, we wanted a first course, which was ravioli alla norma, and we were also told that ravioli weren't available and that they could serve us gnocchi alla sorrentina. The food was good, but essentially everything we ordered was subject to change. We already knew the tartare, because we'd been told, wouldn't be enough for a meal, and we hoped the gnocchi would be more generous, but in the end, that wasn't the case, and we left feeling a bit hungry. Otherwise, the place is nice, and maybe someone else might find it better than we did.

We dined at this restaurant and had a truly positive experience. The place is welcoming and well-organized, with live music creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening. The decor is rather minimalist and perhaps a little cold in tone, but overall it remains a well-kept and tidy environment.
We were very impressed by the cuisine: you can clearly sense the careful study of the dishes and combinations, using top-quality ingredients. The raw materials are evident and showcased well in the preparations. We particularly appreciated the selection of pasta dishes and bruschetta, which were truly interesting and well-executed.
A special thanks also goes to the waitress, who was very kind and friendly, and who made the service even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be back if we have the chance.

We stopped at this wine bar for a light, undemanding bite. It was 1:00 PM. We left feeling calm and satisfied, and the food was amazing. The appetizers were excellent (a platter of local cured meats and cheeses), followed by another platter of seafood cured meats, an exclusive preview as soon as we arrived (swordfish mortadella, sea bass 'nduja, etc.), and a first course of ravioli alla norma with a chef's twist, truly interesting and worth trying.
Followed by a delicious picagna tartare.
The trio of desserts was indescribable.
To sum it up in one piece... if you come to Catania,
you have to come to this place.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Found by chance during the feast of Saint Agatha, from the outside you wouldn't expect what's inside.
A warm welcome from the lady (I apologize, I don't remember her name), professional and competent.
Vincenzo, the chef, introduces you to traditional Catania cuisine revisited with a modern twist.
The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was excellent, carefully selected, but the real highlight was the seafood cured meats appetizer. I could tell you about the first course and the meat tartare, but that would be an understatement. Congratulations to this wine bar and restaurant, which will surprise you from the moment you enter with its simplicity, attention to detail, and the staff who work there will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey.
