Found by chance during the feast of Saint Agatha, from the outside you wouldn't expect what's inside. A warm welcome from the lady (I apologize, I don't remember her name), professional and competent. Vincenzo, the chef, introduces you to traditional Catania cuisine revisited with a modern twist. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was excellent, carefully selected, but the real highlight was the seafood cured meats appetizer. I could tell you about the first course and the meat tartare, but that would be an understatement. Congratulations to this wine bar and restaurant, which will surprise you from the moment you enter with its simplicity, attention to detail, and the staff who work there will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey.

We stopped at this wine bar for a light, undemanding bite. It was 1:00 PM. We left feeling calm and satisfied, and the food was amazing. The appetizers were excellent (a platter of local cured meats and cheeses), followed by another platter of seafood cured meats, an exclusive preview as soon as we arrived (swordfish mortadella, sea bass 'nduja, etc.), and a first course of ravioli alla norma with a chef's twist, truly interesting and worth trying. Followed by a delicious picagna tartare. The trio of desserts was indescribable. To sum it up in one piece... if you come to Catania, you have to come to this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Yesterday I returned to this restaurant after a long time away, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's under new management, but the quality of the products has remained the same. The new owners are friendly, the service impeccable, and the wine selection is good. I also want to compliment the live music that accompanied the dinner. I'll definitely be back.
