What a pleasure it was to eat at this friendly restaurant. We had the linguine with scampi, and spaghetti carbonara. The accompaniments were tasty. The owners greeted us warmly, and were as helpful as could be. There was a table of around 20 people nearby celebrating the 2nd birthday of a toddler, and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating to them. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant for inexpensive and satisfying meals.

Today we arrived in Matera and ate at this restaurant, which is not too far from the bus stop. The owner, Mr. Umberto, made us feel at home, welcoming us with kindness and courtesy, without being intrusive. We chose the tourist menu and were very pleased with the dishes. The restaurant is simple and very welcoming. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended ❤️
