One female staff member worked hard and was very nice, and I was able to get some coffee.
A cute coffee shop well located in Florence, a bit confusing sometimes on how to order, if you want takeaway order from outside window. Coffee was very good.

Absolutely love Ditta Artigianale! Their coffee is top-notch—rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. On top of that, the food is amazing, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick espresso or a full meal, it’s always a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Takeaway counter do take a lot of wait during lunch time. But its fine - there was only one barista taking care of everything, i didn't know during these chaotic hour two atleast work? for better management . Besides that everything was fine
It has the best capuccino and vanilla late in town! Is really good for a to go style of coffe, and their cakes are also pretty good! The only problem is that they are always full in the morning, but it is only because they are the best!

Mean man at the cashdesk, other workers were really nice, just sad to see one destroy the whole atmosphere. Coffee was really good tho, just not worth the interaction

Premetto che sto facendo una recensione per la sede aperta da circa 3 mesi nella città di Milano. Questo locale è perfetto per qualsiasi occasione. Dalla colazione, passando per il pranzo alla possibilità di degustare dolcezze fatte in casa. Dal pane fresco ogni giorno, al caffè tostato dalla torrefazione di proprietà. Cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile e soprattutto personale professionale e preparato. Plauso particolare per Sara gentilissima, cordiale e preparata su dare spiegazioni alla clientela per offrire un'esperienza unica!! Complimenti!!

Interior moderno, ambiente fresco; hay una buena selección de desayuno / almuerzo. El Granola y Yogur fue sorprendentemente generoso. Selección boutique de café y servicio amable. Se pone bastante ocupado, pero siempre tenemos un asiento. Vinimos aquí para el desayuno dos veces durante un fin de semana largo.
