Pros: They warned me about the service in advance. The coffee is decent, and they have plant-based milk. Prices are average. Cons: The eggs Benedict were cold, the egg wasn't cooked properly, and the sauce was too sour. By the time they brought it, the coffee had cooled down. The croque madame was the same as in other places. The service was average.

We came here 3 days in a row for our morning coffee and pastry, and it was fantastic each time. The service great with friendly staff and delicious food.

Excellent experience. We discovered this place during our stay in Florence. Highly recommended! We really appreciated the creativity of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients, both in the food and the drinks. The staff was very friendly and polite. We'll definitely be back!

17/02/2026: Satori is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Florence. I come here often, and each time I'm satisfied. The sushi is delicious, and there's always a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a relaxing dinner and a quick lunch. But what makes this place even more special is the staff, always very patient, kind, and helpful, making you feel at ease at every opportunity. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good sushi in Florence at a reasonable price.
