This is my first time at Pancetta Emilia in Modena (I usually go to Bologna), and I have to say everything went smoothly and was delicious. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only flaw (if it can be called a flaw) is that the lasagna portion is small.

Dispensa, located in the I Portali shopping center in Modena, is excellent. The food is excellent: delicious tigelle in all its variations. The salads are top-notch, especially the Cesarina and Dispensa versions. The first courses are delicious. The staff is qualified, friendly, and quick. Manuela, the manager, is professional and friendly. I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. I recommend it to everyone.

02/06/2026: A restaurant recommended to me, and one I absolutely recommend. The seafood is truly excellent, and I'm talking about every dish on the menu we chose. The fish soup, somewhere between Palermo and Marseille, and the Sicilian cannoli are amazing. A carefully curated wine list. A cozy and welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars aren't enough!
14/05/2026: I appreciate the limited menus, but not all the dishes were excellent. To confirm this, I'd like to add that my impression was shared by everyone at dinner with me. Everything was delicious, both for me and for the others, and the only dishes that didn't impress anyone were the spaghetti with cuttlefish and the tuna. All this to say: everything is good, but there are some things that could be improved. I gave it four stars instead of three because of my faith in the chef.
