Very fast service. Very organized staff. Delicious tigelle.

You absolutely have to try the gnocco fritto. You won't find better gnocco fritto anywhere. I also really like the salads; there's so much variety, and my friend and I often struggle to choose because they're all delicious. Unfortunately, it can get crowded at times, but that's not the fault of the staff, who are always diligent.

The food is good quality; let's just say you could give out a few coupons every now and then. You're quite stingy in this regard. The waiters are below average; they wouldn't work in another restaurant. Not all of them, but several are slow-witted.

First time at this chain, service a bit rough. We're about to sit at the table with the sofas, but they rudely direct us to sit at the tables set with chairs. We ask to be placed on the sofas, and they move us to the other side of the room under the air conditioning. Oh well. The food is good, but the cold cuts platter for two is a bit small; it would have been better to get two singles. The price is okay. Ordering from the totem pole isn't the best.

We were a group of 6 persons we went there for a quick dinner, there was the football match that day. So there was a bit of chaos. We place the order through there monitor. We ordered a the iced tea as a drink, the lady come to us with tea and a small little plastic cup, and pretended us to empty immediately the tea bottles as she have to take them, bear in mind that the cup were really small that we had to drink quickly in order to refill the cups. While our neighbors has their bottles of coke and tea on their tables. A guess this special treatment was not for us. When we complained about it they initially did not apologize at all. At say the food was nice, but the staff need to treat every customer the same way non matter the color of the skin
