26/12/2025: We were there yesterday for Christmas lunch. Everything was good, excellent service. Roberto, the owner, was kind enough to give a free portion of a first course for my mother who couldn't have lunch with us because she was ill. Thank you for everything.

It's Thursday, and halfway through work,
I feel the need for a little refreshment.
So, you know what? Like it or not,
I drop my tools and head to the "Caccia"
Dear, good old Salvo lists every dish for me,
but to be honest, I listen distractedly.
I've already made up my mind, even though it's a bit much,
for the first and second courses, I'm ordering tripe!
Well before it arrives, I savor the aroma,
and as soon as I taste it, it warms up again.
It melts in my mouth and delights the palate,
and it's so good I'm ecstatic.
I happily devour the fogliolo and busecca,
not at all envying those who eat steak.
I slowly eat each piece,
thinking: "I could drink a liter and a half of red wine!"
But I'm cautious, I drink very little,
fearing the guards and their balloon,
even though I grumble: "What am I doing wrong by
drinking a glass at the Royal Hunt?"
Today, November 22, 2024, I ate a paniscia at Nirvana Gastrico. The tapulon was also excellent. At a more than affordable price, and in Novara that's not cheap.
