A great added value is undoubtedly the owner, an extremely attentive, present, and always smiling person who runs the place with passion and dedication. You immediately notice his love for his work and his attention to customer service, qualities that truly make the difference. The drinks on this side of the Arno are simply excellent: well-balanced, made with quality ingredients, and presented with great care. Every drink is a pleasure, ideal for both a relaxing aperitif and an evening with friends. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality, friendliness, and impeccable service. I went to this place on Thursday evening with a group of friends... fantastic place! Different from all the places in Pisa! Elena, the waitress, was very kind and professional! She recommended some aperitifs from a "sensory" cocktail list, as she called it, and they were very good! We also met Andrea, who was very kind and had us laughing!! We'll definitely be back!

I went with a friend for an aperitif and then we stopped for dinner. The place was very nice, the staff were friendly, and the cocktails were good. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the dinner, not because of the quality of the food but because of the way the order was handled. I ordered a seafood tartare with peppers, raspberry jelly, teriyaki, and samphire (€18), and the waitress specified that the tartare was tuna. When she brought my plate, I noticed that there was tartare, a few drops of jelly, and four cherry tomatoes on the edge, but no sign of peppers or samphire. The quality of the fish was excellent, but I would have liked to know that I would be receiving essentially a different dish than what was listed on the menu, because for the same price, I could have chosen something else.
