Warm and welcoming environment, excellent unburned coffee, one of the few to clean the brewing group between one coffee and another and to carry out the purge. Well done!

With the new management this place is a little gem. Good cocktails and beautiful environment. Furthermore, one of the few places in Pisa that stays open late.

The environment is very welcoming, the girls are kind and attentive. We were a little perplexed because we asked for the paper menu but we were told that they will tell us orally, okay, since we write a lot of reviews it has never happened to us that we don't have a menu in hand or a QR code to be able to also compare the prices, however we trusted ourselves, the first thing we noticed was that the times were pleasantly extended, no rush in serving tables or frenzy, then we noticed that 90% of the customers were of a rather high average age and of citizenship Italian, surprised us because in that location near the Arno there is usually a crowd of foreign tourists. Anyway to make a long story short, the food was really good and of very good quality, the tiramisu very good. Prices in line with restaurants of this level. For us it's a big yes. We recommend it. Book early.

07/01/2025: Beautiful environment. A nice place with a beautiful view. We were lucky enough to have a private table on the balcony with a view. Handsome! Silent, secluded. Definitely quality food, I really liked the dessert. Considering the price I expected much more from the first course, which was honestly excellent because the truffle was fresh and plentiful but the pasta itself lacked flavor and above all it was lukewarm not hot. Excellent wine, served incorrectly. Service a little pressured. With the last bite still in our mouths, they were already taking our plates away from the table. However it deserves to be visited again.
03/01/2025: 5 stars and praise! We spent New Year's Eve at Essenza in San Miniato: fantastic dinner! Varied and delicious dishes, served with care and speed. We also had lunch on another day enjoying some excellent pici with Cinta Senese ragù...fantastic! Not just food though, Essenza offers a variety of products in an elegant and refined atmosphere: from coffee to herbal teas and from cocktails to local wines. Absolutely recommended!

24/03/2025: Posto perfetto per un pranzo in una giornata di sole menù eccezionale antipasti sfiziosi e insoliti, primi piatti uno più buono dell’altro originali con materie prime di eccellenza e per finire una frittura di pesce leggera e croccante con una presentazione bellissima complimenti a tutto lo staff Prezzi ottimi rispetto alla qualità
10/01/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant very close to the beach. Pasta made by them with octopus sauce, fried polenta with clam sauce, two mixed fried squid and prawns with vegetables, two glasses of prosecco, water and coffee (they offered us limoncello). Everything was very tasty, generous portions, lots of courtesy and professionalism. We spent 60 euros in total.
