The salmon was perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. The zuppa di verdura was rich and comforting, and the eggplant parmigiana was layered and perfectly balanced, made from a family recipe. To finish, I had the flan with caramel topping, light, silky, and absolutely delicious. The perfect end to a beautiful meal. The owners are local to Firenze, and it shows.
