20/08/2026: I discovered Davito on the recommendation of a friend, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The appetizer and first course were truly excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. I wasn't so impressed with the second course, while the dessert was rather average. The value for money was also satisfactory. The only real negative was the service. The waiters seemed a bit disorganized: we asked for a bottle of still water, but they brought us sparkling water, so we had to ask for it. Furthermore, about 40 minutes passed between the appetizer and the first course, a decidedly excessive wait that somewhat detracted from the enjoyment of the dinner. Meanwhile, the glass of wine, initially served at the right temperature, inevitably warmed up. Overall, it's still a restaurant I recommend for the quality of its cuisine, but with more attentive service and shorter wait times, the experience would have been much better.
