A welcoming place where you can eat fresh fish and other Roman delicacies. The place is also ancient due to its frescoes on the ceiling but nothing special, the important thing is that you eat well and spend the right amount.

Excellent experience Fried anchovies and shrimp marinara. I had two excellent appetizers, which, rich as they were, made for a good lunch—in fact, excellent! The homemade bread was excellent. Alessandro's courteous and prompt service. The tablecloth and napkins were classic, heavy white cotton. Hooray, I ate really well. I finished with a sambuca. The bill was super fair: €30 (and the bill didn't include "bread and cover charge"). WELL DONE. I'll be back soon!

A guarantee for years! Traditional Roman dishes, but the highlight is the fresh, beautifully cooked fish. Mauro, the owner, is an institution.

Ritornato dopo una decina di anni a Roma, sono andato a cena essendomi trovato bene. Non ho sbagliato, spaghetto alle vongole, paccheri scampi e zucchine, pasta fagioli e frutti di mare, fritto misto, tutto buono, conto onesto e locale accogliente, la simpatia del Signor Franco molto apprezzata.

Here we are! Va fatta una premessa doverosa: non vieni a mangiare pesce come se andassi in un five stars raffinato. Qui mangi il pesce come in una osteria di porto, con tutti i pro (costi, sapori grezzi e porzioni generose) e tutti i contro (presentazioni da rivedere, pulizia non eccellente, servizio essenziale). Qui vivi il popolo, vivi la vita. Mangi bene e spendi il giusto.

14/10/2025: Delicious food, nice atmosphere. The service was fine, we waited a long time for the desserts, they seemed transparent. Even at the checkout stage, we were a bit slow, but it was really delicious.
