Well maintained and clean place, very friendly and pleasant staff. We took a sweet pastry with cream and berries where the mixture had an excellent balance with the sugar which, in other pastry shops, exceeds, hiding the true flavor of the sweet, a truly excellent savory croissant. Advise.

Fantastic and welcoming. We spent a few days in Matera and after discovering this place it became a staple for breakfasts and aperitifs. Friendly and kind staff, especially Carmen who helped us get to know the city by giving us useful information.

02/11/2024: Mangio al mulino da anni e ogni volta venire qui è una coccola per il palato,puoi sentirti a casa,ogni tanto ho voglia di mangiare alcuni piatti che mi piacciono solo nel modo in cui li cucinano qui come la bresaola agli agrumi ,il primo di cavatelli al pistacchio o la tagliata con scaglie di grana rucola e pomodorini e molto altro ancora ,servizio eccellente e prezzi molto accessibili,lo consiglio vivamente!
