Wonderful dinner at De Vinum in Peschici! A truly special experience: exquisitely prepared dishes, a professional, kind, and attentive staff. The wine list is extensive and well-thought out, a true gem for lovers of fine wine. It's hard to choose a favorite dish, but the amberjack carpaccio and the warm cuttlefish tagliatelle are absolutely unmissable. A big round of applause also for the gluten-free options: from the bread to the pasta dishes to the desserts, everything was impeccable. I can't wait to return! Also incredibly impressed by how well they handled gluten-free options, from the bread to the pasta and even desserts. Can't wait to go back!

An explosion of flavor... we were recommended by the wine shop where we purchased a few bottles of wine. The sales assistant raved about this place, and I must say, rightly so... the dishes were refined and paired perfectly... we'll return again and again for both lunch and dinner. Wonderful.

Very friendly and attentive staff, in the historic center of Peschici in a chic location, the kitchen really fresh and delicate dishes with products from Puglia and beyond. Super fresh fish! Gorgeous dishes. Paper napkins the only flaw. Absolutely recommended and then it is part of the Gambero Rosso 2025 guide, a certainty.

A hidden gem! A wonderful and delicious restaurant. A super friendly and exceptionally good chef and impeccable service. There is not just one dish to eat, you have to try everything and be inspired by everything! There is also a truly fantastic and special selection of wines. We have been here twice in a few days and will be back a third time (and many more). You arrive as guests and leave as friends.

Hidden gem in the heart of Peschici The menu immediately captivated us and lured us into the charming hidden courtyard, which isn't even visible from the outside. The service is very attentive and friendly, and the advice from the staff and chef is excellent. We've been there twice in just a few days and are absolutely thrilled. The food is sophisticated, the ingredients are high-quality, and it's fun to work your way through the entire menu. No matter what we tried, we were impressed. The wines were also a hit every time. The overall experience makes it one of our favorite restaurants!

The gourmet tuna sandwich was good. Gummy octopus tentacles, it was definitely not fresh octopus. Overpriced for the amount consumed. Bread served at the table was dry, reheated only in an attempt to revive it. Friendly staff, great music.

Went for dinner last night with my spouse after being away in nyc and Rome. Rocco greeted me and proposed to make his choise of entrays first desert Nadia’s was serving us starter ancho o small strip of bread with stracciatella cheese Tuna terrarium delicate taste. Was overwhelmed sepia grilled never I had it this way it was super the service plating left my wife speechless Rocco offer rosato Gargano local wine fresh and delicate .Follewd by paccari with tuna flakes shrimp and Dentice flakes soft moist fish yellow& red vine tomeotes and unreal seasoning roasted octopus was exquisite desert Japanese whisky. Il sommelier nonché il Titolare Rocco consiglia degli ottimi vini da abinare al piatto scelto. Ogni dettaglio, dalla freschezza dei prodotti, presentazione dei piatti all'arredamento del locale, è curato nei minimi particolari, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Il servizio è attento e cortese, e l'ambiente invita a rilassarsi e godere appieno di Ogni portata. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca qualità, gusto e un tocco di eleganza sul mare del Gargano.

Ambiente riservato,un po' nascosto dal caos del centro storico e questo permette di godersi il tempo e i piatti, preparati con cura e dedizione,si sente e si percepisce subito l amore e l attenzione per la cucina! Servizio impeccabile,siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati da una ragazza professionale e simpatica senza mai essere mai invadente, preparata nel suo lavoro, brava!! Lo chef che è venuto ad accertarsi che la cena stesse procedendo bene è quella piccola coccola che piace sempre ricevere! Qualità superiore alla norma. L Abruzzo ringrazia per questa esperienza!
