What a fantastic experience! I've now dined here twice and the pizza has been perfect both times. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding—the cheese, salami, and sauce are all top-notch and come together beautifully. The crust is a work of art, with a wonderful charred finish that gives it a delicious, smoky flavor. This is truly a place that knows how to make authentic, high-quality pizza.

Everything was excellent, excellent service, very nice place, and superb pizza.

To sit down we waited exactly 45 minutes with the reservation in the late evening, chips arrived half an hour after we ordered them, pizzas arrived exactly at 11:50 pm. Oily chips but good, very good pizzas, service, terrible service for how long we had to wait even though we had a reservation, oven quite small not able to deliver the pizza for the ground floor and the first floor to make the customer wait as little as possible for the pizzas.

Been in sicily for a week now and we've had plenty of Pizza so far. This was the best until now. The dough was incredible. Soft and also crunchy. Slightly salty and the sweetness from the flour still intact. Truly amazing. The sheer amount of varieties they have is astonishing. We've had one with poppy seeds, almonds, ham and tomato jam (usually an outrageus combination) and they made it work. And we had a classic - Tuna and Onion. Also really great. The pomodoro was sweet, sour and salty. 10/10 would recommend. The service was also great. The ambiente is the only reason why they dont have a michelin star. Its close to a road. But it still works really well. We are staying in Alcamo for 4 more days. We will come back.

Very very kind and welcoming staff, really good pizzas but I'll keep a star to give as confirmation when I try the gurmet pizzas. Reservations highly recommended.
