Der Traubenwirt In Bressanone

Looking for a good restaurant, we initially wanted to go to the Röslein, but unfortunately it was fully booked, so we were recommended the Traubenwirt. The restaurant is divided outside, so we were facing the other side. Bottle of water and bottle of wine. A salad, pizza, and gnocchi, all together, please. First, we received a greeting from the kitchen, which was nice, but oh well, we can't bother. Two minutes later, the pizza arrived, and my wife's meal arrived 10 minutes later. The food was OK. Service was very good at first, but the later the evening, the more infrequent the service became. I found the restrooms the worst: unfortunately, they weren't clean, there was no toilet paper, the trash can was overflowing, and the mop was just lying around. Perhaps I should have used the restrooms in the main building, which is why I only gave them 2 stars for the ambience.

Delicious food with great atmosphere and service!

We had a wonderful meal: carefully prepared and truly delicious dishes. The waiter was friendly and very helpful, and the welcome was excellent from the start. A big plus: they also accept dogs, who are welcome. Definitely recommended!

For years, whenever we've spent time in Bressanone, we've chosen to dine at the Traubenwirt at least once during our stay. The menu features classic local dishes, sometimes with interesting twists, and some decidedly innovative dishes. The pizza is also good. The atmosphere is suitable for all types of guests, even those with small children in tow.

We ate at this restaurant during our stay in Brixen. It was truly delicious, with wonderful bread, perhaps the best I've tasted in Italy! The ingredients are fresh, and the prices are a bit high, but it's worth a visit at least once.

Food was one of the best ones we had on this vacation. Excellent fillet steak. Good professional service.

Great restaurant with a beautiful courtyard where we were seated. The service was excellent and the food simply unbelievably delicious. The location is rather chic—so not for shorts and flip-flops. A real highlight in Brixen!

Simply perfect. The place is beautifully decorated. We were in the interior garden. The food is delicious, and the waiters are very attentive and the service is fast. The duck and tiramisu are spectacular.

Este es un restaurante muy amable y relajante en el casco antiguo. Cuando estuve allí estaba ocupado con clientes principalmente locales. La comida era de buena calidad y los precios eran razonables. El servicio fue servicial y eficiente.

Posto incantevole e ricco di storia, dove gustare, nel vero senso della parola, i cibi della tradizione Altoatesina . Oltre a questo posso solo aggiungere la cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, il tutto spendendo il giusto. Spero solo di poterci tornare il prima possibile. Bravi .
