Great restaurant, top-notch staff, attentive and friendly. Excellent food. Wiener Schnitzel and pizza with prosciutto and arugula. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. I'd gladly come back anytime.

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. Everything was great. One star deducted because they charge a cover charge (coperto). A very common practice in Italy, but hopefully it won't spread further in South Tyrol.

We made a day trip excursion to Bressanone from Innsbruck. And hence lunch became our best slot to try out the cuisine in this lovely small town on North Italy/South Tyrol. Reservation was a breeze through it website. Service was fast and the interior atmosphere was conducive, though it was quite packed in a Saturday noon with many family gatherings. We ordered Saddle of Suckling Pig & Tagliata Grilled Beef. The Pork is much more superior in terms of taste and presentation. The surface of the pork was carefully light charred, while the inner was juicy. The Apple puree just match the pork perfectly. This is a “must-eat” recommendation for those who visit Traubenwirt. As for the Tagliata, it was a medium cooked, the tendon in inner portion was a bit on the high side, need a more chewing strength to savor the beef, overall taste was fine. We finished up with Cappuccino and that worth another praise (though many people told me Italians don’t drink Cappuccino after 12noon). A great restaurant worth second visit.

Excellent roast beef, very fresh salad, superb Wiener Schnitzel; service was quick and attentive; quality far above average (both regular dishes and more unusual ones); one small drawback: seating is a bit cramped (fully booked - reservations highly recommended), but it's okay... everyone was happy to get a seat.

The food was okay, but after our initial order was incorrect, we eventually received the correct pizza, though it didn't live up to the good reviews. The service was disappointing, and we were only given a total amount without a detailed bill. Not recommended.

We arrived an hour late for our reservation, but the waitress still found us a table. Thank you! We sat down; the place is elegant and well-maintained, and the waiters were prompt and attentive. We chose from the menu, partly based on recommendations, and what they served was excellent. Sliced ​​steak and tartare were wonderfully prepared and beautifully presented. Aesthetics and quality were second to none. Well done! The side dish was grilled vegetables, beautifully served, and two wonderful desserts. I'd happily recommend the exotic composition; it instantly made your palate happy. A double portion of water and wine made the total definitely worthwhile for what we ate. In short, a nice place, good service, excellent food (both quality and presentation), and a fair price. My only suggestion would be to use hot plates or plates that keep the heat when serving grilled meat; it would help keep the dish warm. In any case, it was excellent, and I'll be happy to return.
