Thank you to the staff; you immediately feel welcome here. The food was delicious. Sitting outside in the rustic atmosphere is wonderful. This South Tyrolean inn and restaurant culture is second to none.

The service was quick and friendly, even when the restaurant was full. The food was good and arrived promptly! A complimentary appetizer isn't something you get everywhere these days! A lovely restaurant; you feel right at home. Thank you 🙏

It's not easy to find a restaurant in the center of Bressanone that serves typical local dishes, and from the reviews it seemed like they had plenty of them, like sausages, wurstel, and shin, but on the other hand we tasted three truly special dishes. Congratulations!

Apr 26: Still excellent! Apr 24: Still very good! May 23: Absolutely fantastic! Superb appetizers, especially the goat cheese pralines. Very, very friendly and professional service. May 22: Highly recommended! The seating is lovely both inside and out. Tip: Try the Caprese 2.0… innovative!

21/02/2026: The service was very friendly (thank you, Rita!) and catered to our every need. The food was impeccable (ham with tuna cream and pickled figs, yummy). The staff were also very helpful in choosing wines.

04/05/2026: Whether in October or May: the Gschofnerstall Alm is always worth a visit. The food and drinks are excellent. I learned today that you can even recharge your e-bike during your break – you just need to bring the charger.
27/04/2026: A beautiful alpine pasture in a stunning location with delicious food and prompt, attentive service. And when the meadows are in bloom – fantastic!
