Thank you to the staff; you immediately feel welcome here. The food was delicious. Sitting outside in the rustic atmosphere is wonderful. This South Tyrolean inn and restaurant culture is second to none.

The service was quick and friendly, even when the restaurant was full. The food was good and arrived promptly! A complimentary appetizer isn't something you get everywhere these days! A lovely restaurant; you feel right at home. Thank you 🙏

It's not easy to find a restaurant in the center of Bressanone that serves typical local dishes, and from the reviews it seemed like they had plenty of them, like sausages, wurstel, and shin, but on the other hand we tasted three truly special dishes. Congratulations!

Apr 26: Still excellent! Apr 24: Still very good! May 23: Absolutely fantastic! Superb appetizers, especially the goat cheese pralines. Very, very friendly and professional service. May 22: Highly recommended! The seating is lovely both inside and out. Tip: Try the Caprese 2.0… innovative!

Hotel Col Alto Restaurant

28/03/2026: Second time visiting Col Alto Hotel and it was, like last time, everything and more! Best location, incredible rooms & fitness/spa facilities, and most importantly wonderful staff! Esther was serving us throughout are week and she was honestly incredible. She would greet us with such warmth every morning and go above and beyond for us. Esther we couldn’t be more grateful for everything, you are truly the BEST!
06/03/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Col Alto. The location is fantastic, and the buses to get you to/from the ski lifts were quick and efficient. The pool and saunas were clean, and perfect relaxing environments after a long day of skiing. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, complete with a ton of gluten free options. The rooms are a little dated, but that's so easy to look past with all of the other great things this hotel has to offer. We would no doubt stay here again. The ski rental shop next door gives you a great discount if you mention you are staying at Hotel Col Alto as well!
