We ate at the Traubenwirt on 3 out of our 4 vacation days and it was fantastic every time. A wonderful, attentive team delighted us. Whether it was the beef goulash, the rabbit saddle, or the incredibly delicious pizzas, the food was simply superb. And you absolutely must try the tiramisu!
Every evening was a treat for us in terms of both taste and service.
The price-performance ratio is excellent considering the quality.

Vegan options. Great service snd nice setting. Really liked the waitstaff as they were really service oriented. I had a small vegan starter, main dish and a dessert that exceeded my expectations. Totally loved it.

I recently ate at Traubenwirt. The food was truly delicious and of very high quality – definitely worthy of praise. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted fantastic.
Unfortunately, the service somewhat marred the positive impression. The staff seemed annoyed and inattentive, which significantly affected the atmosphere. We felt more like a nuisance than a welcome guest.
Overall, it was a mixed experience: great food, but the service needs improvement.

Hello everyone,
we're currently in Brixen at the Hotel Traube… and of course, we tried the Traubenwirt restaurant. Great location – perfect atmosphere – very attentive service, and the food was fantastic.
There's absolutely nothing to complain about… Please keep it up. We'll definitely be back.

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. Everything was great.
One star deducted because they charge a cover charge (coperto). A very common practice in Italy, but hopefully it won't spread further in South Tyrol.

Great restaurant, top-notch staff, attentive and friendly.
Excellent food. Wiener Schnitzel and pizza with prosciutto and arugula.
The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. I'd gladly come back anytime.
