I had a wonderful experience at this Italian pizza restaurant! The pizza was absolutely fantastic – perfectly baked with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The drinks complemented the meal beautifully, adding to the overall enjoyment. While the tiramisu was just average and didn’t quite stand out as much as the other items, it didn’t take away from the excellent overall experience. Highly recommend this place for delicious pizza and a great dining atmosphere!

Fantastic pizza! There are a lot of interesting propositions on the menu. A very nice basement where you can watch the chefs. Nice service. You need to book a table in advance.

Today I had a great pizza to enjoy, one of the best I've ever eaten. The dough in particular in combination with the tomato sauce was a culinary delight! In addition, all the waiters were on point, not to mention the typical Italian ambience with a view of the kitchen. Definitely recommended!

Location essenziale ma ospitale. La pizza che si può gustare in questo locale è la più completa dimostrazione di come anche in Alto Adige, pur non essendo loro primaria tradizione, si possa gustare veramente un ottimo prodotto, di assoluta qualità per preparazione e materie prime utilizzate. Consigliato. Alla prossima.

Knödelglück

10/12/2024: We specifically went to Knödelglück because we read the good reviews in advance. So we took a wonderful walk through Meran and then stopped at Knödelglück. Although we didn't have a reservation, we only had to wait a few minutes and were then given a seat with a fantastic view over Meran. The service was friendly and excellent. Then the food arrived and our high expectations were not disappointed! It was really excellent. Therefore, Knödelglück is an absolute recommendation and we would love to come back! If I had a little room for improvement, it would be great to have a typical children's meal on the menu (pasta or fries), but that's really just a personal wish.
08/11/2024: The food was really excellent! When asked, the boss reported how much love and precision the preparation of the dumplings started the day before. The dessert dumplings were also delicious. The portion will definitely fill you up, so dessert is more for sharing. The service could have been a little faster or more attentive. Great location and beautiful view from the terrace!

24/01/2025: We stayed and spent the end of year holidays in Ortisei. We opted for this place simply by reading the excellent reviews and I must say that we did "well". We ordered takeaway pizzas. Quick service and very friendly staff. Really large and delicious pizzas. Truly recommended.
13/01/2025: Both the pizza and the restaurant are always top notch, excellent and friendly service, the best in Val Gardena!!
