Guys, Trigoria pinseria is a must try! I also ate the sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms. We are talking about one of the best kitchens just like at home! Courtesy, well-furnished environment and a good glass of wine complete the picture I prefer. Optimal!

This place, located just outside the town centre, immediately appears warm and welcoming. The staff present in the room, very kindly, immediately made us sit at the table and provided us with a menu each. We order fried appetizers, which are brought to us piping hot and fried to perfection. After the appetizers we had some Pinse, served on a wooden cutting board together with a small wheel that is used to cut them without ruining the cutting board. We also bought a water and two drinks, and in the end we spent very little. We had a great time and were very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. We will definitely be back.

I'm Sicilian, first time here, very good quality-price food, perfect burgers and pinsa in every way, super welcoming and kind staff. The owner Roberto and the young waitress were truly superlative in their service.
