Further passage yesterday. morning... also ordered a decaffeinated espresso. What can I say, even the deca here, at Delizie, is a delight!!!!

Every time I return to Lecce, every morning it is a fixed stop for breakfast. Brioche to be eaten with legs open depending on how much cream, chocolate etc. is inside. Phenomenal pasticciotti, crapfen that look like wagon wheels. In my humble opinion I think it is the best within a 50 km radius.

Leggo tante recensioni malevoli su questa pasticceria… Lo trovo veramente inspiegabile. Il caffè è Illy, e non è poco, la pasticceria è di alto livello e lo è da trent’anni, e il personale è gentile ed efficiente. I prezzi sono decisamente più bassi rispetto a locali analoghi nel territorio. Ieri ho assaggiato per la prima volta un maritozzo. Non era il migliore del mondo, ma mi è sembrato all’altezza di molte premiate pasticcerie romane. E, forse perché me l’ha pagato Antonio invidia, non mi è sembrato per niente caro.

For the FABULOUS desserts that drive all our guests crazy! And Venetian friends! You are the first in Puglia for skill and professionalism.. Nice ice cream and pastry bar with a selection of spirits, excellent desserts and ice creams! Outside veranda with several tables, a little noisy because it is on the street.
