Mrs. Cinzia and her family hosted us at their property in the Varaita Valley. We immediately felt the warmth of home, kindness, and sweetness. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, with delicious homemade desserts. For lunch, she delighted us with local products and traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by her. We were truly delighted.

We spent one night in this wonderful property. The room was clean and very spacious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Mrs. Cinzia was truly kind! We had dinner on the property, featuring excellent local food. Both dinner and breakfast were highly praised by us adults and our daughter! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed one night recently, having found it on Google to be very quiet. It was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and well-organized. The owner was kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Excellent dinner, superb breakfast! Highly recommended.

I spent a week in the Varaita Valley and was delighted to have chosen Delfin dal Pianhol. Cinzia, the owner, is truly extraordinary: thoughtful, empathetic, and hospitable. Sometimes she's helped by her children and husband, and with them, it truly feels like a family vacation. The refuge's location is excellent for exploring the valley by car, being practically in the center of what I consider to be the most interesting part of the valley for hiking. The place is extremely quiet, and the alarm clock is pleasantly set by the rooster "leading" the henhouse, where fresh eggs are brought in for breakfast. My room was splendid, made of wood. Without a TV, so much the better! Being a small guesthouse, dinner obviously can't offer a wide variety of choices, but Cinzia is committed to ensuring high quality. Her strong point, in terms of variety and deliciousness, is definitely the appetizers. Among the first courses, I still dream of the handmade Ravioles della Valle Varaita. Delicious. Breakfast has everything you need to start a day in the mountains. At Delfin dal Pianhol, I also received some excellent suggestions for excursions. In short, thanks to them, the week in the Varaita Valley was wonderful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Enchanting place, all in wood, very well kept... stunning... friendly and courteous staff... breakfast was included... very good... but the room was the real magic...

We stopped for a couple of days to visit the Varaita Valley. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. Excellent hospitality and good food. We had a great time.
