We were on our way to Tuscany when we stopped in this town to stay at a nearby hotel. While strolling through the village, we were struck by this restaurant. We were greeted very warmly and the owners explained the daily menu, which we immediately ordered. Everything was regional, homemade, and very tasty. We even chatted with an older couple who are also from Switzerland but live in Italy. This is how you imagine Italy: good food, friendly people, and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with Sardinian influences due to the host's wife. Try the "rooster salad" as starter, and "tagliolini al ragù di cortile" to go on

16/09/2025: A fantastic, atmospheric place with excellent cuisine and service. It's located in a hotel converted from an old estate and decorated in a classic style. I managed to get in after a day of shopping without an appointment, and it turned out to be a wonderful evening.
31/08/2025: I had attended a New Year's Eve dinner hosted by the president of a large company where I worked many years ago. I was enchanted by the charm of the venue and promised myself I would return. That evening, there were so many of us; I think they had booked practically the entire restaurant for the occasion. This time, however, it was completely private, just my wife and I, and it was with great joy that I realized that time has passed, but the class remains.

02/06/2025: A very good surprise just a stone's throw from the Cittadella bridge, a few meters from the large free parking lot in Piazza Gobetti. As a cover charge they brought an excellent pizza base topped with salt, various spices and oil, so good that we had to ask for seconds several times. I had some sea bass ravioli with crab sauce, really excellent, highly recommended (if you can find them, since it's off the menu). The packages with cherry tomatoes and pistachio pesto are also good. We didn't really like the tuna carpaccio in walnut sauce: the fish itself was not very tasty, and the walnut sauce was almost non-existent. The staff was very friendly, with the chefs stopping to chat with us several times.
20/05/2025: Excellent pizza, with the possibility of doing a pizza tour, excellent cuisine especially the fish dishes
