10/05/2026: We had lunch at Ristorante Valenza, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The owner is a wonderful person: welcoming, friendly, and able to make you feel at home right away—a rare and precious quality these days. Classic Piedmontese cuisine. While the first courses are impressive, the second courses and side dishes are the real stars: quality ingredients cooked with care, respecting the authentic flavors of the region. A special mention goes to their coffee: truly extraordinary and the perfect way to end a meal. The quality-price ratio is absolutely fair, considering the quality of the food and the courtesy of the service. Highly recommended for those seeking Turin tradition without frills but with plenty of substance. We'll definitely be back!
