03/09/2025: The hotel is located at the foot of the Pistoia hills, an ideal location for those seeking tranquility and peace. Central Pistoia is within easy reach, Florence is 30 minutes away, and Lucca is 40 minutes away. The hotel has many rooms, but the building itself isn't imposing. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and clean. The spotlights could be improved; they're a bit dim. One small point about our stay: the room was next to the elevators and adjacent to the utility room. In the morning, there was some loud chatter from the cleaning staff. The hotel staff is very attentive and quick to resolve minor issues or provide helpful directions. For my taste, the breakfast was adequate; the dining room was a bit bland but suitable for an international clientele. Perhaps they could consider adding an outdoor space. Superb pool. Ample free parking, not covered. Excellent value for money.

29/08/2025: We stayed in this hote as a family l in our way north. It was great. Good location and with parking. They made our bed also considering the kids, very welcoming for arriving late and tired in the evening. Spacious room and good breakfast. The hotel had a big swimming pool, which looked really nice, unfortunately we did not had the time to swim. I would stay there again.
