An intimate place, with welcoming and knowledgeable staff. My first experience at a meat sushi place was pleasantly surprised. Excellent quality products, spectacular tartare and chickpea hummus.
What makes this place stand out? The explanations of the dishes, in my case by the highly knowledgeable and passionate Dario!

The meat is top-quality, as are all the other products, from the cured meats to the cheeses and even the accompanying jams.

I ordered takeout when they were closed. The place is very nice and welcoming, as is the staff. The meat is indeed very good and well-prepared. The meat sushi is great... but the tartare is also worth trying. If you don't eat raw meat, skip it... but if you love raw meat, you can't miss it.

We went for an aperitivo and were pleasantly surprised. The meat uramaki were excellent, and the ingredients were top-quality. The refinement of what we were tasting, and the love and commitment to the workmanship, were evident. A very positive review, we will definitely be back.
