Orietta and the entire team at dejavuu have become at home, or maybe it's better to say that we have become at home! It's our favorite place, we go there often and every time they know how to surprise us. Excellent food, impeccable service, highly recommended!!

All the dishes on the menu are special, they differ from what you find around, even if the basis is Japanese cuisine, but meat instead of fish. Interesting and welcome suggestions on wine. The service is very welcoming and attentive.

I have already been to this restaurant 3 times, and each time the experience was very pleasant. The place is very quiet, with few tables, well furnished and with a very good choice of music (which is not so usual), the service is kind and attentive without being stiff. Regarding the food, the choice is not very wide, but all the dishes are well studied and well presented: tartare, raw meat and uramaki with ingredients that are anything but banal. Obviously the quality of the meat has a price, so it is not comparable to a classic AYCE fish, but there are various formulas to meet everyone's budget: for example, from Monday to Thursday you can take advantage of the entire à la carte menu at half price, and in this way we left the dinner full and happy spending 25 euros each + drinks. Definitely recommended!

We weren't sure what to expect... and instead it surprised us. Meat sushi done properly, with excellent raw materials and obsessive care in every dish. We ordered a bit of everything and there wasn't a single dish out of place. The lady who served us was really kind, she explained everything to us calmly and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Nice but no-frills place, relaxed atmosphere, quick and precise service. It is rare to find places like this in Rome: real, original and with a clear identity. Highly recommended.

Bellissima esperienza. Stato per San Valentino con menù ‘degustazione’. Buonissimo. Piatti ricercati e proposti sotto forma di sushi. Mia moglie ha gradito e quindi nn posso che essere soddisfatto. Bravi a tutto lo staff. Ringrazio il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e che ha rimediato ad un errore dell’app che non aveva registrato la mia prenotazione. Grazie
