This place offers an ever-changing menu, based on the seasonality of raw materials and the fresh catch of the day. I started with a mixed starter that literally won me over, with very fresh raw seafood and hot tastings, including cod cooked in a sublime way. The variety and quality of the ingredients made me immediately understand that this restaurant puts freshness and excellence first. As a first course, I opted for spaghetti with anchovies and capers, a simple but perfectly executed dish. The pasta was al dente, the sauce tasty and light at the same time, a true triumph of Mediterranean flavours. The environment of the restaurant is refined and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to enjoy each course with calm and pleasure. The staff was kind and professional, always ready to advise and satisfy customer requests. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat excellent fish in Pescara, Dei Pani e dei Pesci is a choice I highly recommend. Unusual restaurant that brings together excellent fish dishes and excellent homemade bread based on the skills of one of the owners. The preparation of the fish is never taken for granted: the mixed starter is unusual and very enjoyable, the other dishes are excellently prepared and vary with the season. Service quite quick and courteous. Satisfactory wine list.

Antipasto buono e particolare, quattro freddi e quattro caldi a 24 euro. Chitarrine di mare discrete. Pentolino di pesce discreto. Con acqua e un calice di vino 75 euro. Scontrino? Servizio simpatico e giovanile. Posizione defilata, vicino alla vecchia Pescara.

I returned to this restaurant about ten days ago, it's always a confirmation, from all points of view, I frequented it even before they moved to where they are now. It's all of a very high quality: raw, hot and cold appetizers, first courses, second courses, various types of bread that they prepare personally. Truly a special place. I'm only posting the photo of the dessert because I remembered to make them after I had already eaten everything 😅

I had the pleasure of having dinner in this splendid restaurant, I immediately felt good and at ease, thanks to the waitress (Asia) and the environment, which was very warm and discreet. Excellent food and refined combinations, there wasn't a dish that I didn't like... we had a great time. Fair price for what we ate and drank, I will definitely return.

Un piccolo ristorante pronto a fare il salto di qualità, con cibo di qualità, ben cucinato, ben presentato. Servizio accurato e gentile. Provato antipasto di 4 crudi e 4 caldi, niente di scontato con sapori e guarnizioni ben amalgamati: cambia in base al pesce che si trova. Alici fritte con panatura con curcuma delicate e gustose. Chitarrine alla marinara,in bianco con gamberi calamari vongole sgusciate e molto altro, al dente e ben condite. Ombrina con purea di patate molto saporita. Pane fatto in casa a diversi gusti e con lievito madre rinnovato. Per finire un dolce alla crema namelaka, una scoperta, delicata e gustosa. Buona carta dei vini. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da gustare assolutamente! Bravi e complimenti.
