I stayed just one night with my family for a weekend in the snow. I can say I'm satisfied because the hotel is in a great location close to the pedestrian center, and the view from the room was beautiful! The breakfast was good, with a selection of desserts and pastries, although not extremely varied, but still satisfying. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We spent a short 5-night stay at this hotel, which was too old and outdated. The breakfast was truly modest, the room tiny, with a tiny window—I'm 180 cm tall, and my head almost touched the ceiling when I got out of bed. Dinner, included in the half-board package, was forgettable. Overall, the excellent location makes this hotel absolutely not worth choosing.

12/01/2026: Mentioned in one of my 50 recipes for inept cooks who want to get by cheerfully, Pastificio Gabriella continues to churn out excellent Renetta apple pies. The setting is the bustling town of Courmayeur, a hip destination for the Valley's "taaac" tourism...and it's always worth a visit to this historic shop. Two clarifications: the first is that, for the first time, I found the dough slightly floury and less flavorful (but we're such picky eaters), and the second is the title of my semi-serious recipe book, if you want to have a laugh and learn the recipe for my apple pie: "Il Sorriso del Sofficino," written by me under the pseudonym Cicciochef (a character born during the recent crazy lockdown), is available on all platforms...including digital.
01/01/2026: It's an incredible story to experience! Mrs. Gabriella is a Courmayeur institution. Excellent food and service. A guarantee, in short.

06/12/2025: One of if not the best coffee in the neighborhood. Nice comfy interior. The staff is very friendly and professional with good english. The pastries with marmalade and vanilla cream were exceptionally good. I also recommend toasts with avocado and eggs for breakfast. Don't forget that you can order them with additional eggs, salmon or bacon too.
14/11/2025: If you're passing through Cervinia, you can't miss Birdy Bakery, a truly welcoming place, meticulously crafted and with an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Its location, right at the foot of Mount Cervino, makes the experience even more enjoyable. I chose a modern and light dish: toast with avocado, egg, and guacamole. Perfectly balanced, rich in flavor, and made with the freshest ingredients. The creamy avocado, perfectly cooked egg, and aromatic guacamole are a perfect combination: simple, yet truly delicious. To finish, I couldn't pass up dessert, and their brownies were a surprise: soft, rich, and super chocolatey. True comfort food. Friendly service, impeccable ambiance, and captivating cuisine. Highly recommended for a delicious break or a quality meal!
