The menu is limited in choice, as it varies greatly based on availability and the chef's flair. The dining room staff is top-notch, attentive but not intrusive, and the food—well, you have to try it. The only way to improve your dinner would be to have Sigi at your table and hear how this or that dish, or that particular wine, came about. Always a pleasure to return. P.S. We opted for the grand tasting menu with 8 courses – and what can I say? Each course was a small work of art, lovingly composed, surprising, and perfectly balanced. Each plate told its own story, a harmonious interplay of flavors, textures, and colors that enchanted us more with each course. It was like embarking on a culinary journey where you never quite know what awaits around the next bend – but you're certain it's going to be amazing. From the first amuse-bouche to the last sweet greeting from the kitchen, everything was a delight. The products are of the highest quality, the craftsmanship of the kitchen is simply impressive, and the timing between courses is just right. I would also like to particularly highlight the service: attentive, charming, unobtrusive – you feel cared for without ever feeling stuffy. This is the second time I have enjoyed the excellent food at this restaurant. Superlative raw materials, chosen with care and attention, cooked with art and love. Wonderful location.

It will take you inside its world, with the discovery of each product and each producer behind the preparation of each dish. Nothing is left to chance, and the search for raw materials is nothing short of exemplary, if everyone worked like this, IT WOULD BE A BETTER WORLD! Simply a beautiful experience, pampering for the customer and delights for the palate. I highly recommend it to those who appreciate the good behind things, and have a palate trained to recognize valid products from less so, for all the others who write that the menu has two courses, are used to classic tourist menus with 300 dishes and not even one of them is eatable. The wine list is refined and surprising, perfectly paired with the dishes. Impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive. A culinary experience to remember. I will definitely be back!
