I haven't been in a while and I regret it. Sigismondo as always is an excellent host, he never lacks competence and kindness. The menu we chose was excellent and the four of us were very satisfied. Each course is detailed and details are explained in detail when requested. Pairing with an excellent bottle. Thanks, see you soon.

Enchanting location, relaxing and quiet, exquisite, kind and welcoming staff, excellent food with contrasting flavors between sweet and savory... even the bread, the breadsticks, the cacciaannanz and the cheese rolls, all home-produced, really good .
Definitely worth repeating and recommending ❤️

A memorable dinner, indeed! Full marks both for the dishes, made with excellent quality raw materials, many of which are 0 km, and for the hospitality and atmosphere of the place. Sigismondo, his brother and all the staff are welcoming and informal, but at the same time not annoying as often happens, unfortunately!

Staff, owner and chef fully live up to what they set out to do, welcoming visitors in an elegant and homely environment at the same time.
The presentations and creation of the dishes are impeccable, but at the same time you can perceive the love, which I would define as "maternal" in the selection of the raw materials used and in the cordial atmosphere.
My compliments to the whole team, I hope to return soon.
I recommend the visit, it is a restaurant not to be missed.

The dishes are incredibly good, all of them. A lot of research, with delicious local ingredients. I never expected how good anchovies with chocolate can be (chef's welcome).

Once you enter this magical place you will be welcomed by the owner Sigismondo, a welcoming, charismatic and highly sensitive person.
It will take you inside its world, with the discovery of each product and each producer behind the preparation of each dish.
Nothing is left to chance, and the search for raw materials is nothing short of exemplary, if everyone worked like this, IT WOULD BE A BETTER WORLD!
Simply a beautiful experience, pampering for the customer and delights for the palate.
I highly recommend it to those who appreciate the good behind things, and have a palate trained to recognize valid products from less so, for all the others who write that the menu has two courses, they are used to classic tourist menus with 300 dishes and not even one eatable.
Not to mention his bread!!! I personally requested that it be brought back to me due to its great goodness!

Entrati in questo locale magico verrete accolti dal padrone di casa Sigismondo, una persona accogliente, carismatica e di grande sensibilità.
Vi porterà all’interno del suo mondo, con la scoperta di ogni prodotto e di ogni produttore che c’è dietro la preparazione di ogni piatto. Nulla è lasciato al caso, e la ricerca delle materie prime è a dir poco esemplare, se tutti lavorassero così, SAREBBE UN MONDO MIGLIORE!
Semplicemente un’esperienza bellissima, coccole per il cliente e delizie per il palato.
Consiglio vivamente a chi apprezza il buono dietro le cose, ed ha un palato allenato a riconoscere i prodotti validi da quelli meno, per tutti gli altri che scrivono che il menù presenta due portate, sono abituati ai classici menù turistici con 300 piatti e neanche uno mangiabile.
Per non parlare del suo pane poi!!! Ho richiesto personalmente che mi venisse riportato per la sua grande bontà!
