Degusta is always a stop when we pass through Avellino. Excellent quality of food in every single course. Perhaps the best Neapolitan style pizza I've ever eaten. But the other courses are no less. Trained staff. Environment with a beautiful atmosphere. One of the best places I know in general.

Although I asked for a well-cooked pizza, specifying the bottom part, I received a less cooked pizza than the one ordered by the other diners. Therefore I was forced to bake it again. But the thing that left me stunned was that I was made aware, I think by a restaurant manager, that they don't serve burnt pizzas, because burnt pizzas are carcinogenic. This is certainly the case, but I specified to him that I had only asked for a well-cooked pizza on the bottom and not indigestible pasta that was difficult to digest. I therefore invite the oven worker to bring the bottom of the oven to the right temperature and feed it as necessary every time it is needed, only in this way are the pizzas cooked on the lower part too, keeping in mind that pizzas cooked only in sight are indigestible.

Nice place and friendly owners. Varied menu. I tasted the pizza and I recommend it, there are many flavors on the menu; excellent dough and ingredients. The desserts are also good

Il locale è ampio e carino, ha varie sale , abbiamo provato al momento solo la pizza ,🍕 per me è stato tutto molto buono, dalla gentilezza dello staff a tutto il resto , veramente complimenti a tutti ed in particolare al responsabile sala Paolo .
