The sandwiches are good but the staff is nervous and sometimes rude. I recommend moving the cash register to a place that is not in the path of the waitresses, who get irritated with the
innocent customer waiting to pay and unable to evaporate to clear the passage.

9 per il locale. Elegante e raffinato.
7+ per il cibo. Panino (un po’ “anemico”) con mortadella, fontina DOP fusa, pomodoro, origano e sale, discreto. Avrei evitato il pomodoro, l’origano e il sale.
10 per il servizio. La cameriera è stata molto professionale, elegante e garbata.
Meriterebbe un premio produzione/gentilezza. La descrivo, mora, pelle chiara, magra e di altezza media.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo vista la posizione.
Ci tornerei? Può darsi.
Lo consiglierei? Sì.

failed tiramisu (practically without coffee), 1 fruit salad, 1 tartlet, 1 chocolate trilogy. Just enough food except for the tiramisu made more for distracted foreigners than for Italians (we shouldn't have paid for it because it was absolutely disastrous and paid €9!!!!...but we felt sorry for the waiter and we didn't want to cause controversy given the period )

Recently renovated, it is located on the top floor of the Rinascente. Wide choice of sandwiches, including vegetarian and vegan ones. Ideal for a stop while shopping. High prices. 🥪🌭

Excellent sales point of the renowned brand, on the 7th floor of the Palazzo Rinascente. Great sandwiches, good choice of wines. All the staff are great, special mention for Anastasia and Giuseppe 😉

Today I was with you, I appreciated the renovated place. Even though it was full we were served quite quickly, so good. Good sandwiches as always, but I didn't like that the girl in the dining room took the bowls of water to bring to the dogs and then brought me an empty plate, cleaning the inside with her hand, without washing her hands. Even the tables are "dusted" between one customer and another, perhaps it would be better to pass a disposable disinfectant cloth. Dirty spoon changed.
I'm from Milan so I'll be back, but pay attention to hygiene.
