Elegimos este lugar para nuestra última cena de mi viaje a Italia. El personal era amable y servicial. Mi Trentino panini era excepcional. El jamón ahumado en rodajas finas va bien con queso Fontina y salsa cóctel (10 euros). También tuvimos un pastel de yuzu que era ligero y perfecto. Hay tantas opciones de panini y algunas opciones de postres en su enorme menú. El restaurante en el séptimo piso de un enorme centro comercial en el centro de Milán no estaba ocupado un lunes por la noche. Me encantaría volver a otro restaurante De Santis panini.

Recently renovated, it is located on the top floor of the Rinascente. Wide choice of sandwiches, including vegetarian and vegan ones. Ideal for a stop while shopping. High prices. 🥪🌭

Excellent sales point of the renowned brand, on the 7th floor of the Palazzo Rinascente. Great sandwiches, good choice of wines. All the staff are great, special mention for Anastasia and Giuseppe 😉

Today I was with you, I appreciated the renovated place. Even though it was full we were served quite quickly, so good. Good sandwiches as always, but I didn't like that the girl in the dining room took the bowls of water to bring to the dogs and then brought me an empty plate, cleaning the inside with her hand, without washing her hands. Even the tables are "dusted" between one customer and another, perhaps it would be better to pass a disposable disinfectant cloth. Dirty spoon changed. I'm from Milan so I'll be back, but pay attention to hygiene.

Visit the store during lunch time on weekdays. It's inside a department store, so it's quiet. Even though I was traveling with children, I was shown to a good seat. The recommendation here is PANINI. Choose from various types of PANINI from the menu. Maurizio, Nadia and Soffice. The texture of PANINI ingredients and raw meat or ham and cheese literally melts in your mouth. The cute and soft texture of the PANINI on the outside is indescribably delicious. Finish off your blissful lunchtime in Milan with a shot of espresso.

Let's move on to the cons: The prices of what they do are not displayed (advice: if they use an erasable blackboard or a well-organized electronic one with the names and prices readable by everyone it would make ordering easier) Music in the evening starting from 5pm: always the same playlist in my opinion is whiny and in the long run boring and annoying, if you really want to play some shitty music, put it at an acceptable volume, not so high)
