Staff were very friendly and patient and spoke decent English. The atmosphere was cool, with where it is situated, it has aircon and is cool, so that was refreshing. And the ambiance of the stores open space is great. The food was phenomenal. Maybe a little more expensive than usual. But absolutely worth it. We had a salad and panino - thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

It is located on the 7th floor of La Rinascemente. Their menu is vast and the paninis are good. Unfortunately it is usually too crowded and too noisy.

After a long day of touring, our hotel bar was too loud and smoky for us. We went across the street to La Rinascente and decided to eat at De Santis. Service was attentive. I enjoyed my Aperol Spritz. The Adam roast beef sandwich was delicious. The bread was light and flavorful, the beef was tender and the herb mayo was delicious.

Después de un largo día de gira, nuestro bar del hotel era demasiado ruidoso y ahumado para nosotros. Cruzamos la calle hasta La Rinascente y decidimos comer en De Santis. El servicio fue atento. Disfruté mi Aperol Spritz. El sándwich de carne asada Adam estaba delicioso. El pan era ligero y sabroso, la carne de res estaba tierna y la hierba mayo estaba deliciosa.

We had a salad and cheese plate , service was extremly slow, while tables were not all occupied. Not impressed having in mind where the place is in very posh shopping hub.

17/04/2025: Pizza napoletana doc, ottimi ingredienti, gustosa, personale attento e gentile, ambiente curato e organizzato, prezzi corretti.
25/03/2025: Ottimo impasto per cui molto leggero e digeribile. Abbiamo provato la classica Margherita e la 081. Buone ma la Margherita l’avrei preferita con più mozzarella senza olio finale e quella della casa con meno olive. Comunque bravi.
