After a long day of touring, our hotel bar was too loud and smoky for us. We went across the street to La Rinascente and decided to eat at De Santis. Service was attentive. I enjoyed my Aperol Spritz. The Adam roast beef sandwich was delicious. The bread was light and flavorful, the beef was tender and the herb mayo was delicious.

We had a salad and cheese plate , service was extremly slow, while tables were not all occupied. Not impressed having in mind where the place is in very posh shopping hub.

Delicious sandwiches!
It's to eat and take away.
Not the place for an after dinner conversation.
Yes, it's an expensive place, but you should know that it's located on Rinascente.
La Rinascente is an expensive place and is also located in the center of Milan.
If you don't want to spend a lot, this is not the right place.
There are other places nearby where you can get a sandwich for a cheaper price.
But it's a good place if you're shopping there and you get hungry

The sandwiches are good but the staff is nervous and sometimes rude. I recommend moving the cash register to a place that is not in the path of the waitresses, who get irritated with the
innocent customer waiting to pay and unable to evaporate to clear the passage.

9 per il locale. Elegante e raffinato.
7+ per il cibo. Panino (un po’ “anemico”) con mortadella, fontina DOP fusa, pomodoro, origano e sale, discreto. Avrei evitato il pomodoro, l’origano e il sale.
10 per il servizio. La cameriera è stata molto professionale, elegante e garbata.
Meriterebbe un premio produzione/gentilezza. La descrivo, mora, pelle chiara, magra e di altezza media.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo vista la posizione.
Ci tornerei? Può darsi.
Lo consiglierei? Sì.

Elegimos este lugar para nuestra última cena de mi viaje a Italia. El personal era amable y servicial. Mi Trentino panini era excepcional. El jamón ahumado en rodajas finas va bien con queso Fontina y salsa cóctel (10 euros). También tuvimos un pastel de yuzu que era ligero y perfecto. Hay tantas opciones de panini y algunas opciones de postres en su enorme menú. El restaurante en el séptimo piso de un enorme centro comercial en el centro de Milán no estaba ocupado un lunes por la noche. Me encantaría volver a otro restaurante De Santis panini.
