The guys are specialized and passionate about leavening and offer alternative doughs, paying attention to leavening times for a light and thirst-free pizza. I recently tried the latest dough with low sugar content (LowCarb) and I must say that compared to the previous one I find it excellent, both in taste and consistency and it has nothing to envy of a traditional dough.
