Informal and very welcoming place. Food quality always excellent. The pizza dough is excellent. The guys are specialized and passionate about leavening and offer alternative doughs, paying attention to leavening times for a light and thirst-free pizza. I recently tried the latest dough with low sugar content (LowCarb) and I must say that compared to the previous one I find it excellent, both in taste and consistency and it has nothing to envy of a traditional dough. Highly recommended!
