David 2 In Firenze

It's been a long time since I've been to David 2. We decided to stop for dinner on a warm summer evening. Air conditioning, few people, perfect food, and very friendly staff! We had our dog with us, and he was welcomed without a problem. Recommended!

Wide menu selection, from pizzas to first courses, and even burgers. Nice atmosphere and spacious space.

Best Pizza in Firenze. Nice people and cheap prices. 5 minutes from hu Camping Firenze where we stayed.

Abbiamo mangiato molto binne. Grazie mille ragazzi. La famiglia de Paessi Bassi. Heel indrukwekkend locale tent met een warme sfeer en vlotte bediening.

Located in a former Irish pub, we were very satisfied! Thin, crispy pizza crust, good salad, and very pleasant service—we'll be back!

A great time with welcoming staff

The pizzeria has been around for decades. Aside from the sofa cushions that deserve to be reupholstered, the thing that struck me was the menu: it has looked the same for a long time. And that's not a negative point. Let's really take a dip into the 90s! So tortellini with cream and ham, farfalle with salmon...let's face it, they were popular then, and many still like them. A little disappointed by the pizza. Or rather, by the focaccia with stracchino cheese and raw ham. The dough was decidedly hard. Not very appetizing (even though the ham was excellent). My friends who had ordered a pizza with tomato and mozzarella didn't find this problem, or rather, they noticed the dough but only on the edge. The staff and management were extremely kind. A small point...the place is very large, I understand that filling a room allows you to need less staff but for the customers, being "all together, close together" is decidedly annoying. You have so much space, widen the distribution of customers a little...at least separate the tables from the tables of up to 4 people, who maybe like to have a chat while eating. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Cozy place, friendly staff, quick service. For me the pizza is good but a little too thin but it's a matter of personal taste.

Locale molto accogliente, ben curato e posizionato in una delle piazze più belle d’Italia. Personale molto gentile e cibo di ottima qualità, un grazie ad Haithem che ci ha consigliato e seguito per tutto il pranzo. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio.
