Food was delicious. Music is nice and allows conversation. But the best feature is service. All very nice and welcoming. After being refused service by another Japonese restaurant because I had my dog, Duruma welcomed both of us with no fuss. I would like to say thank you to Giorgia for being so kind and helpfull.

18/05/2025: So much fun. The sushi was fresh and tasty. I'll agree with a previous reviewer that the premium dishes are not necessarily worth the premium. We went as soon as it opened, but it filled up quickly, so maybe make a reservation if you are going to go later. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. It's made our "When in Rome..." rotation list.

17/05/2025: I happened upon this restaurant last night by chance, in an instant I went back 6 years and found myself in Japan. Probably the best gyoza and udon I've eaten in Rome to date, wow, they're so good! 🤤 A lovely atmosphere, friendly, attentive and helpful staff and owner (with Daniele who was very kind), fair price for the quality of all the dishes. Highly recommended.
01/05/2025: Super happy to have found this place because of the food and the team that works here. From the first moment the waitress Kieliah treated us very well and with incredible kindness. The next time we come to Rome we will return without a doubt!!! Keiliah we look forward to Spain
