It was my first time here, and I'm already hooked! The location is beautiful; the meat is delicious; I tried the tartare, which was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

A real surprise, a delightful discovery! A small, family-run restaurant, run by Don Franco, who went out of his way to secure a table for us since we called shortly before 1:00 PM and everything was booked. The food is excellent and the portions are more than adequate. An excellent selection of wines and a friendly, pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! Congratulations, Flaviano!

It would be enough to say that it's a gem nestled in the village of Solofra, but it's also worth noting that the quality of the food, the kindness of the chef, and the attentive staff make it perfect for a business dinner or a dinner with friends. 14/03/2026: The Montanarina pizza bread was amazing — lightly deep-fried with a crispy outside and soft inside. The combination of stracciata, mortadella, and pistachio was incredibly delicious. My Panico burger was very juicy and fresh. They also have a really cute outdoor seating area with heaters, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic meal! 😋
