Fortunately, it hasn't been the only one since: we've returned four or five more times, and today's experience confirms that this restaurant is a true gem. The cuisine continues to fascinate, maintaining strong ties to local tradition while always successfully offering elegant and well-crafted international fusion dishes. It's a constantly evolving gastronomic journey, never ceasing to surprise while remaining true to the quality of the local area. But what makes every return special is the atmosphere and the staff. The owner is exceptionally kind and attentive, even meticulous, with a warmth that makes us feel more and more pampered with each visit. Alongside her, Danilo, the dining room manager, is a figure we admire for his consistency: welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We now trust his recommendations implicitly.
