Uno dei migliori ristoranti di Trieste! Sono molto esigente e devo riconoscere che la materia prima è sempre eccezionale nonché il modo di prepararla e proporla! Piatti sempre di ottima qualità preparati con la semplicità che meritano per non alterarli! La tartara che pretendo sia eccellente in tutto e per tutto è sempre all’altezza delle mie aspettative! Preparata con la ricetta migliore per esaltarne il gusto e non alterarla con eccessive spezie:è gustosa ma non alterata!
Da qualche tempo ottime proposte anche vegetariane! Le patate,fritte al momento, sono fresche e tagliate a mano! 🔝 difficile trovare un locale del genere a Trieste!
Apprezzato anche il servizio “al tappo”: tu porti la bottiglia che vuoi e loro te la servono nel migliore dei modi! What Else? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best restaurants in Trieste! I am very demanding and I must admit that the raw material is always exceptional as well as the way of preparing and offering it! Always excellent quality dishes prepared with the simplicity they deserve so as not to alter them! The tartare, which I claim is excellent in every way, always lives up to my expectations! Prepared with the best recipe to enhance the taste and not alter it with excessive spices: it is tasty but not altered!
For some time now there have been excellent vegetarian options too! The potatoes, fried at the moment, are fresh and cut by hand! 🔝 difficult to find a place like this in Trieste!
The "by the cork" service is also appreciated: you bring the bottle you want and they serve it to you in the best way! What Else? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cibi ottimi lardo di colonnata e tartara con crostoni caldi antipasti eccellenti
Filetti al gorgonzola al senape o alla brace favolosi
Patatine fritte non surgelate ma fatte in casa e infine dolci squisiti e ben decorati
Personale accogliente e alla mano
Era un compleanno tutti gli invitati sono andati via soddisfatti

Pleasant discovery! Simple but well-kept place, we had a good tartare and lard with croutons as a starter, which was delicious, then a truly exceptional Florentine steak! Sides of homemade chips and spinach, house wine and a walnut tart. The possibility of bringing bottles of wine from home (corkage fee) is nice and original! Pleasant evening, fair bill, see you next time!

I was there for Christmas lunch, obviously a bit of a wait since the place was full, but I can still say well organized and above all the food was excellent and well-prepared, from appetizer to dessert. I will definitely return!
