we ate pasta alla gricia and fettucine al ragu bianco, it was amazing!!! very good place.

I spent three nights in Rome, partly for work and partly for pleasure, following in the footsteps of Caravaggio. A friend recommended dinner at Parucca, and it was the perfect recommendation. I ate exquisite and generous traditional Roman dishes in a welcoming atmosphere, kept alive by smiling and kind waitresses. I was able to continue writing in my red notebook and was never rushed. Curious and amusing incidents made my dinners even more unforgettable.

During my first trip to Rome, we had the chance to discover this trattoria which was 2 steps from our rental, it was a good surprise because not only were the dishes very good, the pasta was al dente as it should be, but also that we had been very well received. Cherry on the cake, although the room was noisy, the Wu Tang Clan was playing as musical background, which allowed us to sympathize with the cook who is a former rapper and whom we thank for his welcome and his cuisine.

Highly recommended if you come to Rome....excellent food and the whole atmosphere, owner and waiter really nice and easy-going. The carbonara is cacio e pepe not to be missed. I highly recommend it

The pasta is good and the waitress was kind to us, although the portions are somewhat small. I didn't like that they brought the same dish to another table next to me with a larger portion.

The cacio e pepe was really good, but it was the chicken cacciatore that stunned me! The chicory helped him work on my hips😅😂

Excellent first courses and appetizers, tasty meat and amazing tiramisu, you can taste the quality of the raw materials. The place is small and it is difficult to find a place, better to book in advance.
