We went to this restaurant because we were looking for a place to eat good Roman dishes, we ate supplì for appetizers and they were excellent, the carbonara was not the best I have ever eaten; good for sure, but for 13€ it is not worth it, for the saltimbocca the same thing, too much wine and too liquid sauce, considering the 16€ I would have expected more. Excellent service, however, very warm and friendly, same goes for the rustic but well-kept environment.

We are always delicate with the starter :) Picchiapò, Roman-style artichokes and fried flowers all delicious. This time a special pasta as a first course, asparagus carbonara, amazing!!! always a pleasure to visit!

Finding myself in Rome, they invite me to this Osteria.
The very nice, particular place has a covered outdoor room.
Inside it is well done and welcoming.
We took some centerpiece appetizers, including meatballs, artichokes and tripe (the latter very good).
Then some chose the first and others the second.
I took the first Pasta carbonara, very good, but the matriciana wasn't bad either.
Finally the desserts, nothing special, but they were there.
All in all very good, a little pricey for my taste but all good.
PS unfortunately I didn't have time to take more photos, we were too hungry.

It's the second time I've gone there, and it was also the second confirmation that this tavern deserves 5 stars! The fried mushrooms and tortelloni stuffed with guinea fowl were really very good, but the best came with the overcooked beef cheek! Well done! I will definitely go back.

Congratulations to all the staff because if a team of young people produces dishes of this quality there is still a good future for Roman cuisine.
We took two Roman-style artichokes, splendid, then Roman-style saltimbocca and boiled, two desserts, a bottle of mineral water, 1/4 of wine and we spent 65 euros.
The service was no frills but fast and courteous even in accepting us half an hour before the booked time.

Osteria interessante. Accoglienza che per me che arrivo dal profondo nord mi piace definire “romana”, molto calda e rilassata. Il proprietario che si siede al tavolo con te e ti spiega il menù non è un particolare che si può dimenticare, e dà quel tratto romanesco che è a metà fra folklore e consuetudine nell’accogliere il cliente.
Ottimi antipasti, ottime proposte fuori menù, cacio e pepe fra le migliori che abbia mangiato a Roma.
Cura nella preparazione e nella presentazione.
Servizio al tavolo che definirei familiare, mai invadente ma presente.
Ed un rapporto qualità/prezzo oggettivamente molto buono.
Di certo un locale in cui tornerò nei miei viaggi romani.

Ottima accoglienza, locale gradevole, tipica osteria romana.
