Congratulations to all the staff because if a team of young people produces dishes of this quality there is still a good future for Roman cuisine.
We took two Roman-style artichokes, splendid, then Roman-style saltimbocca and boiled, two desserts, a bottle of mineral water, 1/4 of wine and we spent 65 euros.
The service was no frills but fast and courteous even in accepting us half an hour before the booked time.

Yesterday we had lunch at the Dar Nasone tavern, right near home, and I must say that it proved to be an excellent choice. The first courses were really tasty, well seasoned and plentiful — classic Roman cuisine that makes you feel at home. Some friends also had second courses (coda alla vaccinara, bagnara) and were enthusiastic: generous portion and tender, tasty meat. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, just like a true Roman tavern. Courteous service and honest prices. A certainty. I will happily return!

A dinner based on appetizers and first courses of typical Roman cuisine... good quality and various types of cooking... friendly and helpful staff... the place is a bit cramped and you can't relax as you would like... in any case you will gladly go back

Classica osteria romana con cucina tipica e a km zero.
Polpette fenomenali, carbonare eccellenti, vino buono e servizio eccellente.
Prezzi giusti in rapporto alla qualità degli alimenti, premio speciale per le Alici.
Unico neo il parcheggio! Sigh! Metterla nel garage attiguo è costato 15.00 euro.
Per il resto TOP💪👍
