I had dinner with friends on Monday, October 6, 2025. The place is informal, a bit understated, the service friendly and pleasantly informal. The food left me perplexed: the picchiapò was, in my opinion, too drowned in sauce, the baked potatoes too dry, the tiramisu was good but in Barbie-sized portions, the red wine by the glass wasn't bad... €36.00. I'll be back to find out more.

The food was average. Among the dishes I tried, I'd recommend the cacio e pepe meatballs as an appetizer and the white meatballs as a main course. Honestly, I've had better carbonara, as has the tiramisu.

Tiramisu here is goooood. A bit sweet for me but should be ok for others🤣 as I’m not really like sugar/sweetness much but it’s kinda foamy 😋 and good tiramisu and I prefer Gricia than Carbonara here as it’s less salty and go very well with figs 💖

03/10/2025: I've been coming here for years. A true icon of Roman dining. Wonderful location, food, and service, especially Beatrice!
03/10/2025: Every time I am in Rome I have to come to Perilli for the carbonara. Absolutely the best in the world. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great food where the locals eat, not a tourist trap. Away from the busy downtown but worth the walk. Definitely recommend.
