Simple yet effective. The menu is constantly updated and the staff is friendly. The place is small and a bit unwelcoming, but it's packed with substance.

I happened upon the renowned shop and thought, "Why not... let's try it." This speaks volumes about the power and influence of social media, which the owner clearly uses to great effect. If I hadn't seen his videos on Facebook or Instagram, I probably wouldn't have come in and would have gone to the usual pizzeria. The place is small but welcoming, the ingredients are high-quality. I expected larger portions, but that's fine (even better). Prices are also below average, and a lot of research has gone into it. These young local entrepreneurs, as well as promoters of the local area (and Terni), deserve help and support.

Delicious and healthy sandwiches and focaccias.

The atmosphere is basic, but the food is top-notch and the staff are very friendly. We tried the excellent panino con padellata, the delicious focaccia with puntarelle, ricotta, and anchovy mayonnaise, and the panino with lamb coratela (this one is absolutely delicious). I'll be back because there's so much more to try.

It's a special place for all kinds of sandwiches, from the classics to the more sophisticated, made with excellent ingredients, homemade paninis and focaccias, and unusual yet always exceptional combinations. Vegetarian sandwiches are also available. The wait is never long, and the staff is genuine, authentic, and very friendly. I recommend following their Instagram or Facebook page. I highly recommend it because whenever I want to eat something delicious, a little gourmet at times, without ever sacrificing my Umbrian roots, I always know I can find every kind of delicacy here.
