I'm back at this pizzeria for the second time and can only confirm my excellent initial impression. The pizza is truly superb, both for the lightness and quality of the dough and the refinement and deliciousness of the toppings.
This evening, in particular, we tried the "Nocina": a real discovery, absolutely spectacular! The outdoor location is also noteworthy, truly charming and perfect for enjoying the evening. The fried foods could be slightly improved, although they're still good, but with a little more oomph they'd be on par with the pizzas.
We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Even though we've lived in the area for a few years, I only recently visited this pizzeria/restaurant, "Al Borgo," located in the center of Roccabascerana.
I'd heard good things about it, and I have to confirm my excellent impressions.
I tried both the pizza and the pinsa, which were truly excellent. The crocchettone was also good.
A nice and welcoming place. The owners and waiters were very friendly. The prices were also fair. We'll be back and I recommend it to anyone in the area.

The "Al Borgo" restaurant in Roccabascerana is located at the foot of the ancient fortress. The interior, with exposed stone walls, evokes a medieval atmosphere and showcases dishes made with ingredients grown locally. The pizza is excellent, especially the two-cooking option—fried and baked—fragrant and generous in toppings. The sliced beef is delicious, perfectly seasoned with truffles and porcini mushrooms. It's worth trying the dessert and finishing with the homemade truffle liqueur.
