Excellent food, great variety, it's recommended to let the chef do the rest. Everything is excellent, the price is fair (in fact, it was even cheap for me).

Excellent dishes, especially the fried steak

A culinary experience of the highest order! The food here is unbelievably delicious – every dish was an absolute highlight. There's no menu; the chef decides what's served – and that's exactly what makes the visit so special. Each course was perfectly seasoned, creatively presented, and prepared with palpable passion. The entire team is extremely polite, attentive, and warm, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. Advance reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is apparently very popular and usually full – quite rightly so!

It had been recommended to us for a while, and we finally tried it! The appetizer was delicious and varied, with various Tuscan appetizers. For the main course, we loved the Cinta Senese pork and the ossobuco served with mashed potatoes. We prefer the zuppa inglese with alchermes (we think it's the classic recipe). The Chianti was excellent! The staff were very kind and attentive; the prices were reasonable for being in the center of Montevarchi.

Atypical restaurant with stunning decor. The owner and the owner, the only one serving, are very helpful. The food is excellent. Not much choice. The wine is chosen by the owner, who has very good taste. Boxes of bottles are stacked in the restaurant. Really good value for money. Inexpensive restaurant with good food.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant four times, and each dinner was exceptional. We were recommended by the owner of the cottage we rented near Montevarchi, and we were so glad we took his advice. This place is mostly frequented by locals, so it’s not a tourist trap, which makes it even more special. I highly recommend making a reservation at least one day in advance. The restaurant opens at 19.30, and I believe it stays open until the last guest leaves. Every dish we tried was delicious and fresh. I suggest simply trusting Daniele; he will bring dishes based on his own taste, and believe me, you will be very pleased. My personal favorites were the truffle ravioli and the carpaccio. I also want to highlight Daniele’s assistant, such a lovely and pleasant elderly lady. You can tell how much love and effort has gone into this place. The price is only 30 euros per person, which is quite reasonable for such an amazing experience

I went there tonight with family and friends, and I have to say we left very satisfied. The staff were welcoming and the food was exquisite, compliments to the chef. For the price, I was surprised; with everything we ate, from appetizers to dessert, I would have expected much more. I recommend it.

Posto davvero intimo, sembra di stare a casa. Daniele e Riccardo sono strepitosi: chi in sala e chi in cucina. Daniele (in sala) è davvero gentilissimo, super simpatico e alla mano. Ci ha spiegato tutte le portate con estrema chiarezza e ci ha pure dato consigli preziosi per la nostra vacanza Toscana. Prezzo davvero basso per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto, vista l'estrema bontà delle portate, birra compresa. Da provare assolutamente! Grazie davvero della bella serata.
