Danielgelo is a historic ice cream shop that wins you over with the authentic quality of its artisanal ice cream. The fruit flavors, prepared with fresh ingredients, are superb and the creams are no exception. The only note: the area can be difficult to park, but it can be easily reached by public transport as it is just a few steps from the San Paolo metro. For an ice cream like this, it is absolutely worth making a detour!

Had the opportunity to try gelato and have a go at speaking Italian at Danielgelo today. Can't speak more highly of this beautiful shop, friendly staff and delicious gelato. Couple of Aussie ladies living the life. Loved the Lemon, Chocolate and Mango.

Historic artisanal ice cream shop, known in the neighborhood but also in the surrounding areas. The ice cream is excellent with many flavors available and also the desserts, all made with natural ingredients. Courteous staff and prices appropriate to the quality offered.

We sampled the appetizers and first courses: everything was simply delicious, with authentic flavors and generous portions that reflect true Roman cuisine. Beyond the quality of the dishes, what makes this place special is the hospitality. We arrived after hours and were greeted with a smile, as if we were at home. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful—that kind of spontaneous kindness that truly makes the difference. A restaurant where you eat excellently and feel pampered. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience an authentic Roman lunch or dinner, with flavor and heart.

25/05/2025: I think it's one of the most welcoming bars I've ever been in. The food is delicious, especially the pastries. The service is really great, every person who works in the bar is very sweet, super helpful and they immediately put a smile on your face. I highly recommend it!
