Great food, but the staff is a bit frustrated. If you have to deal with customers, smile a little more. If someone is friendly, don't talk back. We need you, but you need customers too. So, not all customers are rude. Don't be prejudiced.

It's become a tradition now: when you return to Bergamo, you stop by Dam Dam to pick up piadinas to take home. They come in packs of 10, and with each pack you get a free piadina. Super friendly, and the piadina is excellent. I highly recommend it.
