We had dinner as a couple for Valentine's Day. A delightful place in a quiet corner of Trastevere, with light background music and an ideal atmosphere for conversation, without any need to raise your voice, between one course and another. Impeccable service with wise and competent advice, top-quality raw materials, truly skillful combinations of flavors and delicious plating. Each dish is a work of art, always well illustrated by the dining room staff. Truly an experience to be repeated to taste other specialties and compliments to all the staff, starting from Chef Lorenzo.

Everything was perfect! Waiting time super short, food amazing and great service. Waiter were always explaining the composition of the dish which was very nice. 100% recommend. My absolute recommendation for dessert: The caramel rocher, it blew my mind!

Optimal. Intimate atmosphere but not too much, very nice place. In a super quiet corner of Trastevere. We ate inside, there are about thirty seats. Outside there is a veranda for the summer where I will definitely book. The menu is well thought out, everything is seasonal and which is excellent for me, the menu changes often. 2 appetizers, 1 first course, a 1 kilo sea bass, 1 dessert, 2 glasses of wine, water, cover charge. €80 each. Considering the fish and the truffle tagliolini I would say an excellent price. The wine list is more than good. The waiters are very well trained and this is not to be taken for granted at all. We returned with pleasure to the Dalú restaurant, located in the heart of Trastevere, and we can confirm that it is an excellent culinary experience. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes that combine tradition and creativity. The cocktails are also excellent. The location is designed with attention to detail: a welcoming and refined environment. As for the prices, we found them in line with the quality offered, which makes the experience even more satisfying. The only small suggestion we would like to make is to immediately communicate the cost of the dishes of the day, for greater transparency, but this did not influence our overall impression.

Tutto ottimo!! Dalla location, al personale gentile ed affabile...!!! Cibo delizioso... Alla vista, al gusto e all'olfatto!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

Tuvimos una cena fantástica en Dalu. Servicio excepcional de nuestro encantador, experto y divertido camarero Tizio: hizo nuestra noche especial. El restaurante tiene una decoración contemporánea con clase combinada con una gran atención al detalle en la vajilla y el ambiente general. Elegimos el menú degustación de seis platos (45 euros cada uno) con los vinos combinados (30 euros cada uno). Gran relación calidad-precio, porciones muy generosas de comida y vino. La comida era de primera calidad, muy bien preparado y presentado. Cocina muy sabrosa! Sin duda recomendaría esta opción!
