Ambiente elegante e caratteristico della parte antica di Oneglia, in cui gustare del pescato locale freschissimo e ottimi piatti della tradizione ligure (anche di carne per chi vuole) e presidi Slowfood. Noi abbiamo scelto i crudi del giorno con maionese alla bottarga e i ciuppin (zuppa setacciata di piccoli pesci) rivisitata con l’aggiunta di gamberi e calamari freschi. Magnifico il pane fatto in casa. Col caffè scrosci (biscotti di antica semplice ricetta: farina, zucchero e olio) in omaggio. Servizio impeccabile e amichevole. Con acqua e una bottiglia di ottimo Vermentino lugure 56€ a testa, adeguato a qualità e quantità offerte

We tried the tasting menu. Everything perfect: service, times, and above all the dishes.. All delicious and of excellent quality. The right mix between authenticity and sophistication. Impeccable welcome even for children. The tasting menu is absolutely worth the expense: the portions are generous and rich and you can taste different types of fish from the appetizer to the first course to the second course to the dessert (+ sorbet offered by the house)

This restaurant in the center of Imperia Oneglia was a pleasant surprise. Impossible to have dinner during the "Olioliva" event without having booked beforehand, but here they immediately confirmed the table for me at 9.15pm. Very punctual. Perfect dinner with two very pleasant surprises: a wine sommelier and an extra virgin olive oil sommelier. Unexpected tastings and quality food. Excellent service from all staff. Refined location and quiet atmosphere. The dessert is a true delicacy! Restaurant not to be missed if you are in Imperia. I will gladly come back! Sabrina M.

Had an excellent experience at this restaurant! We chose the menu, but wanted to change a dish. This was no problem and was neatly arranged. The service was friendly and professional, and each dish was explained clearly and with care. A nice addition was that we were allowed to taste different olive oils with the bread, which was a really nice extra experience. With the dessert, a modern version of a traditional biscuit, we also received pieces of the original biscuit, with an explanation of their own interpretation. We thought this was a big plus, because it really takes you into the philosophy of the kitchen. The sommelier helped us excellently with the wine choices; we wanted to be surprised by local wines and that was more than successful. The wines matched the dishes perfectly and provided a special taste experience. The food was tasty in every way and beautifully presented, offering excellent value for money. The interior is stylish and there is a pleasant, calm atmosphere, which made the evening even more pleasant. Compliments to the chef, sommelier and the entire team. Thanks for a great evening!
