20/12/2025: I discovered and tried Locanda del Centro a few years ago, thanks to a dinner organized with relatives from out of town, and since then it's been love at first sight (also fueled by the ability to order through Bringaloo). In fact, every dish, from the appetizers and side dishes to the legendary paposce, all the way up to the spectacular pizzas they churn out (the dough itself leaves me speechless every time with its superb flavor. Something I've never experienced in other places, either in Manfredonia or beyond. And I'm not just saying this, since I've been to countless pizzerias, even Michelin-starred ones, throughout Italy), is a unique pleasure for the palate, totally worth the money (the prices are more than fair and not at all excessive, especially considering the high level of quality offered). Congratulations to all the staff members for the dedication and skill they put into the delicacies they create every day, as well as for the service. See you next time!
