Dal Tato In Menaggio

Mauricio was a kind host, very accommodating and friendly. The food was great, atmosphere was very calming & pleasurable. Great location close to the ferry and a great view of the lake! I will go back next time I am in the area.

We ate very well in front of the lake. The waiter, who speaks Spanish, was very friendly and attentive. He gave us recommendations on portion sizes, etc. The food was delicious.

The most delicious pasta Carbonara and pizza we have ever eaten! And a wonderful view on the terrace! I want to come back again, thank you

I would go here for dinner, not just for drinks! For dinner, you sit on the terrace behind the building with a lovely view. For drinks, you sit to the right of the building, right by the street (very noisy), and the view is obscured by a screen.

Great service and very good food

Nice restaurant for lunch and diner! Really good service, really nice wine list en amazing pasta! You can sit inside with a nice view or outside on the terrace. I always visit this place when I’m in Menaggio.

Our waiter Matia made the whole experience, he was so attentive and great personality. Recommended the best wine (Chianti), apps, and dishes. The food was the best we had on our trip to Italy - we went back for dinner two nights in a row. Everything was top notch - steak with mushroom sauce (photo) - also had the pasta vongole, fish antipasto appetizer, carbonara, mixed salad, ravioli, mushroom tagliatelle, pizza diavola, tiramisu, and caramel panna cotta. Can’t go wrong

One of the best Italian meal in Lake como! Everything is perfect, food is prepared with care in details. Sophisticated and delightful.

Cenamos aquí esta noche y ¡nos encantó! Pedimos trucha ahumada que se derretía en la boca y tenía un sabor delicioso. Los ravioles de mantequilla y salvia estaban deliciosos, ¡la pizza incluso estaba buena! Mi marido pidió el filete y dijo que era el mejor que había probado en Italia. ¡Deberíamos haber reservado para poder conseguir un asiento con vistas!

Hoy fue un día de navegar en ferry por el lago. Por la tarde tomé un ferry a Menaggio. Es una ciudad bonita y en mi caminata desde el embarcadero paré a tomar una cerveza en Dal Tato (la cerveza también venía con un acompañamiento de crutones de pan con ajo, ¡delicioso!). Luego continué hacia la ciudad para explorar, ya que quería cenar antes de regresar a Bellagio (donde me estoy hospedando), así que decidí regresar a Dal Tato. El camarero que me atendió antes me reconoció y me dijo: “¿otra cerveza?” Sonreí y pregunté si estaban sirviendo comida. Ellos eran. En lugar de sentarme en un pequeño patio al costado del camino donde me senté antes, me llevaron adentro a un hermoso comedor con vista al lago. Comí ravioles rellenos de queso bitto y bresaola, en mantequilla, con salvia y amaretto desmenuzado. Totalmente deliciosos y los recomiendo.
