I'm sorry, but I take some points away from the previous evaluation. 2022 version (5 stars) Cozy and clean place in the historic center of Velletri. The food, which is excellent, is largely prepared by hand (there are few frozen products). Finally, the pearl of the place are the managers, always present and ready to welcome every customer with a smile on their faces, taking care of them with discretion for the entire duration of the meal.
