Very nice place to eat in this historical place. The offer of plates is good and every taste will be satisfied.

We love this family run trattoria nestled in the center of Castiglione del Lago! As we spend several weeks in Castiglione every summer, we often stop in for lunch or dinner, and sometimes just for drinks. The menu has a variety of options, from a quick meal of torta al testo to a more substantial dinner with multiple courses. Whatever you select, the food is excellent, fresh, and plated with care. They often have specials featuring seasonal ingredients such as truffles or asparagus.

Came across by chance and it didn’t disappoint! The food was excellent, particularly the mixed antipasta. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

We had such a beautiful lunch here today. First of all the servers are so friendly and polite. They made us feel welcome right away. The food! WOW! We shared a salad and the lasagna. Both outstanding. My wife and I both felt the lasagne was one of the best we have had in Italy! We finished with biscotti and sweet wine for dipping. So tasty and fresh. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and location, also close to parking for those with reduced mobility. Decent and plentiful dishes.

I had panzanella with burrata and peposo with baked potatoes, everything simply amazing! Dip the potatoes in the peposo sauce, then tell me...

We had dinner with friends this evening, the restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B in the center where we stayed. Very good traditional cuisine, generous portions, clean and welcoming place. The young staff is very kind, the boy who I assume is the owner also taught us the recipe for their beans. It was a pleasant evening and I recommend trying this restaurant both for the prices and the quality

Trattoria is a real gem – the food is delicious, fresh and full of flavour. The homely atmosphere and carefully prepared dishes make you want to come back. I especially recommend the pasta – perfectly al dente and with a great sauce!

Sapori di una volta. Presi fagioli con salsiccia e cotiche! speciale il muscolo brasato. Per le bimbe pasta al ragù ( personalizzato) Vino della casa ottimo Ma soprattutto buono il tiramisù. Gentile lo staff anche se la ragazza ancora acerba. Da tornarci

Posto assolutamente da provare e dove torneremo spero presto. Personale splendido e un grazie particolare alla bellissima Emy, che ci ha saputo consigliare con professionalità e onestà. Tutte le portate, dagli antipasti al caffè, erano di qualità veramente elevata, fresco gustosi e cotti alla perfezione.. Il locale è accogliente e arredato in modo originale. Bravi bravi bravi.
