On the recommendation of friends, we had lunch at this restaurant on Via delle Fraschette in Riccia. The place is very quaint, and the service is quick and attentive. The staff is friendly. The mixed antipasto platter was nothing to complain about... everything was delicious, but the first courses were a bit disappointing, especially the matriciana. I've had much better elsewhere in Rome.

All good and very plentiful. If I have to find a fault with the number of starters, the one with the porchetta arrived a little lukewarm but it was exceptional.

A fairly average experience in terms of rating and satisfaction. Unfortunately, going on a weekend didn't help me appreciate what is one of the most famous places in this little square, a hub of typical Ariccian-style fraschetteria. Not far from Palazzo Chigi, if you haven't booked, you can forget about finding a table, despite the great effort made to accommodate everyone... and even if you do, you might have to wait, sometimes quite a long time. It's a small, charming place, but with ample outdoor space, a friendly owner, and friendly and quick waiters, but they're insufficient for the large amount of work they do... and the wait times can get long. One downside is the lack of a menu at the table: there is a menu inside, and it clearly describes the dishes and prices, but the staff serving you will summarize the "offerings," inviting you to the famous appetizer, which is actually so extensive (a dozen items) that you'll only get to the first course, and in fact they don't even mention the second course. It's a shame that appetizer is sold by weight, so it's hard to figure out how much you're paying. Everything was delicious...huge plates (a taste of everything will fill you up), and the pasta portions were generous. The traditional bread was served in paper bags (if you have any leftovers, you can take it home; it's delicious, Ed.). The bill was reasonable, not low, not too high, but consider that you'll be paying for that appetizer by weight...not a fortune, but definitely not a small one. Thumbs down for the coffee served with a cup in your hand (anything goes, but let's at least keep the bare minimum). The experience was quite positive, but I recommend booking, arriving on time if not early, and above all, getting the waiters' attention, or your lunch might last until afternoon tea. Need some help? Nice atmosphere in Ariccia. The cured meats appetizer was truly top-notch! The waitress was kind and friendly! 😜 Recommended.

Excellent food..the appetizer is mouth-watering. I recommend waiting before choosing the pasta because it is super filling.

I ate here recently with a group of friends, we were about 16 in total. The place is large and well organised and we were seated in the covered extention area which was comfortable and well heated. After some drinks we were all seated and the "anti pasta" (starter) parade started!! Dish after arrived from cheese to ham to beans to to to I cannot remember al of the dishes but the ones I tasted were great! Red wine, water and beer also flowed. Then we had all chosen a pasta dish and they too were very tasty indeed. Then a few also had desert and then the waiter offered us all a small digestive on the house. GREAT place for an evening with friends.

The dishes are excellent, from the endless and abundant appetizers to the excellent first courses. The house wine is also good, and the desserts are excellent. The service is prompt and hospitable.

I can't say many words except that I recommend you to go and feel those wonderful tastes that cannot be described. An authentic, specific location that must be experienced.

Sono stato tante volte in questa fraschetta..era forse più di un anno che nn tornavo e ho trovato la stessa qualità, quantità e gentilezza di sempre..ragazzi con il sorriso che portano a tavola tutte quelle cose che nn sai resistere..solo con l antipasto stai a posto..ma l occhio che cade bei tavoli vicini nn ti permette di arrenderti..gravi siee una garanzia 💪

Antipasto misto buonissimo con misto di salumi ,porchetta buonissima e indescrivibile ottima a che mozzarella e ricottina ... Come primo abbiamo preso un ottimo tonnarello cacio e pepe e una carbonara eccezionale !! Personale gentilissimo e veloce . Se tornerò da queste parti tornerò a trovarvi 🥰
