I chose Fraschetta two days ago after reading the reviews. Reservations were required for Sundays. I tried it today, and I have to say it was the right choice. Small but well-kept, with a homey atmosphere and very polite staff. The dishes are well-prepared and plentiful, and the prices are fair. I almost forgot the clean and tidy cold cuts and cheese counter, and of course the porchetta is the star. I tried it and I'll definitely be back.

Everything was delicious!!! The portions were generous, delicious, and delicious. You MUST order the "whipped buffalo ricotta with blackberry honey," which is part of the appetizers. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean! The wait staff were kind and attentive to the customer's needs! I highly recommend it! We'll be back!

Wonderful! I went there yesterday with a friend. I chose the banana and Nutella tiramisu over other fraschette. The tiramisu lived up to my expectations, as delicious as everything I'd tried before—ricotta with blackberry-infused honey and steak with roasted potatoes—all washed down with a good house red wine. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it!

We had lunch at this osteria, and from a culinary perspective, the experience was very positive: tasty, well-prepared dishes with adequate portions. You could sense the attention to quality. There was a small inconvenience during the meal: we found a hair in the steak. However, it must be acknowledged that the staff was very polite and helpful, immediately replacing the dish without hesitation. The real criticism was the service, which was rather slow and at times disorganized, with long waits between courses. At the end of the meal, we were kindly offered a limoncello, a much-appreciated gesture. However, our bill showed an extra bottle of Romanella wine (2 instead of 3). This was probably just a simple oversight, but I would recommend more attention to this aspect. Overall, the food quality is certainly a strong point, but with more efficient service and greater precision in managing the dining room and billing, the restaurant could significantly improve the overall experience.

A different kind of place, they serve a very generous antipasto; I dine there. The antipasto's specialty is excellent buffalo mozzarella, juicy porchetta (not dry), excellent cured meats, and finally, buffalo ricotta mousse with raspberry jam, which I serve as a pre-dessert. The first and second courses are good; if you try the antipasto, you'll be satisfied. The desserts are very good, considering it's a fraschetta. I recommend booking. The staff is super fast and super friendly, led by the great Andrea, a talented and truly professional guy.

The food is always good at Brigante! Excellent traditional Roman dishes, simple and rustic atmosphere. Very friendly service. If you go to fraschette, you absolutely have to stop at this one!

The best fraschetta in Ariccia for its quality and price! Tip: Don't order appetizers per person because you'll fill up too much!!! Share them.
