Classic "fraschetta" environment, very spartan on the outside but a little nicer inside. Exceptional first courses: pappardelle with wild boar top marks, the carbonara and bucatini alla matriciana a little less, but I'm talking about small things, the dishes were still very good. Huge appetizer platter! That's enough and you already have the feeling of satiety. Price is normal...in the surrounding area you save a little but here the quality is very high. Highly recommended!!!

One of the most beautiful fraschette in Ariccia. Excellent food, impeccable service. The only flaw is that you have to serve porchetta hot... cold it loses 30% of its enjoyment. For the rest nothing to say. Super recommended.

Characteristic place, friendly staff and really good food with fair prices! We will definitely be back!! I recommend really good pappardelle with white wild boar ;)

Two of us arrived on Sunday without a reservation, they chased us all away badly, while they did everything they could to find us a place. We waited an hour but they always kept us updated on the situation. The wait was worth it, fresh and quality products (porchetta and top couples!!), attentive service and kind staff, very good house wine, honest prices. We ordered a mixed starter (the basic one of the house), a first course and a dessert to share, I don't think we could have ordered more. I would happily stay here again

Tappa da fare se si va a Roma se vuoi gustare i prodotti tipici ad Ariccia devi andare anzi da Gasparone devi andare, tutto eccellente ma soprattutto di qualità, un plauso va ai ragazzi di sala gentili e attenti al cliente.

18/07/2024: This was the cafe in my ten day trip where I immediately felt welcome and like family. The atmosphere is vibrant and joyful. The customers were a mix of locals and tourists. My cappuccino was great! The owner was very kind. This was the perfect way to enjoy breakfast in Rome.
