I had dinner here and the experience was excellent in every way.
The food is excellent quality and the portions are generous, in keeping with Ariccia's tradition. I found the value for money truly unbeatable.
Special praise goes to the staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening, making the dinner even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Castelli Romani cuisine!

First time at Gasperone, but certainly not the last.
The appetizer is rich and features some gems, like the buffalo ricotta with blackberry honey, a unique delicacy. The buffalo mozzarella is a concentration of flavors and freshness. Porchetta, cured meats, and coppiette abound on the platter, which is complemented by frittatina, beans, and tripe.
The first courses were delicious and flavorful, although after such a rich appetizer, it was really hard to stop eating.
A very light crumble completed this wonderful experience.
Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak periods.
Price is in line with everything we ate.

Magnificent place, excellent food, and very kind and welcoming service. I recommend everything, but for dessert, I recommend the berry crumble.

Dal Brigante è quasi sempre una garanzia trovare buon cibo a prezzi onesti . Tra le varie fraschette è quella che preferiamo. Personale sempre gentile .

Ogni volta che torniamo ad Ariccia, non possiamo mancare l'appuntamento con la cena qui. Preciso e cortese il servizio. Locale sempre pieno. Gli antipasti proposti, sono sempre deliziosi. Questa volta abbiamo optato per il primo piatto. I classici spaghetti alla carbonara, molto buoni,anche se il guanciale troppo salato. Le tagliatelle al ragù deliziose. Le fettuccine al cinghiale squisite. Tutte le porzioni sono molto generose. Il vino una romanella bianca dolce frizzante, in pratica uno spumante. Sicuramente dispongono di vini migliori per cenare. Conto adeguato.
