Very nice place! Super kind and friendly waiters! All the food was very very good. Also great for celiacs, gluten-free bread and porchetta, cold cuts and cheeses. Very good! Come on

Very nice place, great service. Among other things, they offer quality torta al testo with a wide choice of fillings, even customizable. They have many wines to choose from, but also some cocktails, I would say few but good, including the classic Spritz. A special mention for the plum skewers wrapped in bacon, an absolutely out of this world appetizer that I hope to have again the next time I come back here.

We were looking for a place to taste the typical torta al testo and we ended up here. The place is very nice and in a much quieter street than the center. The torta al testo is excellent, as is the quality of the ingredients of the fillings. There is also the possibility of customizing it. We also tried the sweet version, with two delicious creams, pistachio and hazelnut. I highly recommend stopping at this place.

Nice cozy place in a very central area, good torta al testo and platters of cold cuts and cheeses, wide selection of wines by the glass, fast and kind service. Prices adequate for quality and location.

One of the best sandwiches I ate in Perugia. I am still thinking about it. You have to try this gem.

Daje was a super spot-on discovery in the heart of Perugia. We had two torta al testo: a classic one with sausage and spinach (simple but perfect) and the other with porchetta, called “Fotonica”… and the name says it all! We accompanied everything with two glasses of wine, perfect for enhancing the flavors. Excellent quality ingredients, friendly and fast service. The place is nice inside and also has some tables outside, perfect for enjoying the historic center. Average prices, more than justified by the quality. I will definitely go back when I pass through Perugia again!

Nel centro di Perugia, un locale caratteristico dove gustare panini e salumi di qualità. La Torta’l testo veramente eccezionale; un plus, la possibilità di poter scegliere come farcirla, al di là delle proposte di menù. Preparazioni al momento ma con un tempo di attesa non lungo. Prezzo adeguato. Salumi ottimi. Servizio cortese e disponibile. Propone liquori locali: buona l’idea, ma non sempre io prodotto servito può incontrare il gusto del cliente (provato un negroni dove i prodotti miscelati non davano un risultato oggettivamente buono). Bellissimo locale che ci ha attirato subito da fuori. Ottima vetrina con prodotti locali e non, ottima scelta di affettati e formaggi. Ci siamo fermate per un aperitivo, abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di Chardonnay con il piattino di stuzzichini (che comprendeva diversi crostini, affettati e formaggi, prodotti della zona) accompagnati da una fetta di torta al testo. Abbiamo poi integrato con un altro piccolo tagliere con due tipologie di formaggi, una toma di Ivrea e un blu di capra, entrambi deliziosi. Una nota a favore dell'oste, gentile e simpatico, ci ha seguito con i vini per trovare quello più giusto per noi e ci ha consigliato ottimi prodotti da abbinarci. Complimenti anche per il merchandising: il locale vende magliette, borse di tele e accendini con il loro motto, che è geniale: 'Diffida da chi scanza il grasso dal prosciutto'. Non siamo riuscite a fare a meno di prendere qualcosa!
