Lovely place filled with heart, from owner who serves you and help customers to beautiful and helpful staff that is willing to talk about their food. Fresh local products that tastes like pice of Umbria on the plate. Place to make memories with. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic!
A variety of cheeses and cured meats, well presented and reflecting the local area.
A simple yet captivating format, from aperitifs to dinner.
There's often a wait to be seated, but it's worth it.
We've been back everywhere in just a few days.
The wines are also local.
The staff are overworked, often slow to explain the dishes and respond to requests, but that's understandable.
I recommend the bacon-wrapped prunes and their artisanal sausage.

The food is average but very expensive.
After three years, we returned. On vacation in Cortona, during a trip to Perugia, our obsession was torta al testo at this lovely place full of local products... excellent, friendly, and fast. Congratulations.

Found completely by chance while wandering around Perugia. They make an amazing torta al testo, and all the ingredients on the menu are available for purchase.
I absolutely recommend the house liqueurs and bitters (yes, they make them!), especially the fennel one.
Quick service, truly knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Il locale è carino e a portata di mano se si gira il centro di Perugia. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Servizio ok. Avrei dato quattro stelle ma al momento del pagamento ci è stato caricato per errore un prezzo più alto rispetto a quello per cui avevamo fatto ordinazioni di circa un 20%. Non è per l'errore (che in sé ci può stare), ma sarebbe stato cortese da parte dell'attività un atto di gentilezza come l'offrire un semplice amaro, o un caffè, per scusarsi di quanto successo (al di là, intendo, della restituzione di quanto addebitato per errore). Nessuna pretesa ma sarebbe stato sicuramente apprezzato. A volte la differenza la fanno le piccole cose.

Nel centro di Perugia, un locale caratteristico dove gustare panini e salumi di qualità.
La Torta’l testo veramente eccezionale; un plus, la possibilità di poter scegliere come farcirla, al di là delle proposte di menù.
Preparazioni al momento ma con un tempo di attesa non lungo.
Prezzo adeguato.
Salumi ottimi.
Servizio cortese e disponibile.
Propone liquori locali: buona l’idea, ma non sempre io prodotto servito può incontrare il gusto del cliente (provato un negroni dove i prodotti miscelati non davano un risultato oggettivamente buono).
