If you want to try typical focaccia of Perugia (torta di testo) you have to try this place. I liked a lot the bread pastry and the mix of Umbrian sausage with vegetables.
Waitresses very kind and polite.
The location is nice but there are not a lot of seats. The price is ok for the food, but too expensive for drinking (0.3l beer 5€).

A small wine bar in Perugia's historic center. A casual atmosphere and basic service. The torta al testo is delicious, as is a good selection of red wines. The seating is sparse and the menu is unclear, but the staff is friendly.

A small, very welcoming place, ideal, as in our case, for a quick but quality lunch. The ingredients are top-notch, and everything was delicious. We returned the next day! It's best to book or go early.

It's a small and very popular place, so you may have to wait a bit before you can get a seat. Once you do, however, you can enjoy excellent traditional dishes like torta al testo.

If I were the owner, I'd change the name of the place from "Daje" to "Dije" given the number of signs scattered throughout the place. Jokes aside, the experience was positive, considering the very small space and the fact that we had lunch "uncomfortably" seated at a shaky table. The service was quick and courteous, the food very good, but don't be fooled by the spartan nature of the place; it's not just any sandwich shop; the prices are high, the quality undeniable, but high.

Platter with typical Perugian products, good wine, small, informal, and well-kept atmosphere! They handled a large influx of customers perfectly, really good guys! Fair price for what you received.
